Dormero Hotel Darmstadt Reviews

Wie hatten Gäste zu Besuch und haben diese in zwei Doppelzimmern untergebracht. Da das Hotel sehr praktisch gelegen ist und die Preise angemessen sind haben wir uns für das Domero entschieden. Wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Zum Frühstück können wir nicht sagen, da wir auswärts gegessen haben.

Ruhige Lage hübsche saubere Zimmer . Nett eingerichtet mit Sesseln , Minibar und Kühlschrank und riesigen TV. Etwas ausserhalb aber trotzdem noch zentral

Zimmer Ansich für den Preis super . Groß und modern. Soweit alles sauber. Gibt nur eine kleine Sache der Wasserstrahl in der Dusche ist sehr niedrig und schlecht da ist man schneller wenn man sich zb die Haare am Waschbecken wäscht.

Sehr nettes Personal, sauberes Zimmer, gemütliches Bett und gratis Getränke inkl. Standardmäßiger Late checkout. Wir kommen wieder :)

Propre, calme, tres bien pour un court sejour

Das Hotel ist zu empfehlen. Alles sehr sauber. Günstiger Preis im Doppelzimmer mit riesigem Bett und riesigem Fernseher. Sehr nettes Personal. Um allerdings die Technik im Zimmer (Fenster öffnen! Am Fernseher keine Anschlüsse möglich, da zugebaut.) komplett zu beherrschen, braucht es seine Zeit. Dazu wären bessere Hinweise/Erläuterungen sinnvoll. Aber Jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Should have been an easy 5 stars. Unfortunately they have designed the fancy full wall TV enclosures that affectively turn the wall into speaker. My neighbour left the TV on all night, and I didn't get any sleep. The issue is the box acts as a sub woofer and the room on the other side gets a drum and base style affect that's far louder than the TV noise itself. Even good quality silicone ear plugs couldn't help ( not sure if it's the frequency or if it due to vibrations) No staff on site after 11pm so nothing I could do. I would not go back as you can't guarantee you have an ingrate next to you.

Ist viel besser als auf den Bildern sehr grosses neues Bett und Bad sehr leise , toller Service zur Abteise bekommt man noch Kaffe aufs Haus ich komme sicher wieder

Katastrophe!!! Hatte in meinem Zimmer 8 große Käfer und eine Biene. Niemand an der Rezeption. Habe die ganze Nacht nicht geschlafen weil ich damit beschäftigt war diesen Zoo zu töten....Ekelhaft!

Very unpleasant Stay: booked a standard double room (Queen bed) but was assigned to an irregular shaped room at the very end of corridor by a careless and "couldn't be bothered" manager, who gave a two-single-bed room at the beginning and was reluctant to correct. When I finally got him to switch to a queen bed room, I noticed width of the room is less than two meters, so the end of the bed is touching the other side of the wall. It was tight and suffocating as hell. I asked the front desk to switch me to a "regular" room. "No, unless you want to pay extra 20 Euro for an upgrade", says clerk after checking with her manager. When I showed the standard room picture as posted in *******, which is day and night different than the room I had, the lady told me I would have get a better room if I had booked direct with hotel, instead of using *******. What a nasty bait and switch! After half hour back and forth arguing and me talking to hotel manager over the phone, they agreed they will move me to a new room in the afternoon. But they lied: when I returned to hotel at 10pm, the new front desk told me the manager told him they can't move me. After insisting to speak to manager to resolve this, I was told I need to pay $20 Euro to switch because cleaning my current room will cost them. It was frustrating dealing with manager/staff lacking of minimum care of customer. The front desk guy even told me never book this hotel after this stay....
