環境相當哇塞了，房屋整潔乾淨，一次性洗漱用品一應俱全，樓梯處設定了感應燈，方便起夜下樓，相當貼心了。地下停車場有電車充電樁，放下行李後正好可以在停車場充電，還能免兩小時停車費，樓下馬路邊也有免費劃線停車位，並且充足，自駕出行很友好。樓下還有小夜市，各種特色小吃。
