Hotel is very old. Lobby is very nice but rooms need major upgrading. Booked 2 rooms. Staffs are nice. Ut they just are not ysed to smiling at guests. But request were fulfilled even if not immediate.

The hotel has a prime location but it needs a lot of improvement. From the check-in service, there is a shortage of staff. The rooms are a bit old and smelly
The toilets are not in good condition. The water quality they provide is some normal filter water in the rooms. No bottled water is provided. The room sleepers are so small they can fit small children only. Even after requesting the sleeper at least normal size. When the person called the incharge him that ask the guest we have only this and if you needed it or not. This kind of language was not acceptable. This is not 5-star hotel. It is a scam either from Trip.com or the hotel to provide false information

I was in New Delhi for and single night and upon recommendations from friends I decided to book this place. I love that it wasn’t very far from the airport and it was definitely very close to the center of Delhi with so many tourist attractions and shopping options and food places around within walking distance. The staff are very Very helpful and made sure that my stay there was pleasant. I had an early morning flight and the staff Packed my breakfast for me too.

Wonderful hotel in the middle of the city of New Delhi. Location is great, clean and safe area with lots of trees around. 10-15 minutes walk to local markets. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good, many choices, western and Asian food. Highly recommended. 🙏🙏

I felt secure staying in the room and the staff was good at speaking English and helped me with my requests. I recommend that you stay in the lobby to connect to the wifi at first if you want to connect quickly, since the lobby has to activate the wifi password for you, which can take 10-15 min. It was also nice that breakfast was included though it wasn't a lot of options I think there is at least one thing for everyone's taste

GGuest UserLocation is right in centre of cp, making it a perfect choice for us. We had breakfast at the property. Though the taste was ok, but the choice was limited. Our first day at the property was a little difficult as the room had been used by some smoker before us. But the room was changed by next day. Overall a nice stay. Especially i would like to mention the persons at the reception who were all very smiling.

GGuest UserThe location is very good. Not tried food. Big problem with hot water, has to wait 30 minutes are more to get hot water. Further, the bath tub water leaks into the bath room. The water faucet is not firmly fixed, moves. The exhaust fan was not working which was later replaced. The instruction to get hot water is not clear. The electrical fixes are loose. The a/c temperature can not be controlled. The rooms are not clean and in depleted condition. Also the rooms are small. But the staff are polite and responsive especially the young manager at the desk. Further, there are a number of vegetarian south indian style restaurants adjacent to the hotel.

GGuest UserIt's in the middle of Connote Place, and it's essential for shopping and dining. There are many different types of restaurants, so you don't have to worry about your daily meals. You can also have breakfast for your stay. The staff are very friendly and I think the service is good. However, when it comes to facilities, there is no elevator, so it is a little painful to climb and down the stairs every day. Still, employees will help you when you check in and out, so you don't have to worry about it. The room is air-conditioned, so it's okay with room temperature. It also has a small refrigerator. The safe for valuables is too small to put a notebook pastako, so I would like you to replace this with a large size. Also, the WiFi connection was weak and communication was interrupted during use. This has a lot of room for improvement. Every day, he offered me a big size mineral water ２ book, which was a great help. Water is life in India. I would be even more grateful if you could put a hair dryer in your room.
