Absolutely loved my stay! The room was clean, cozy, and well-appointed. Service was top-notch—staff were friendly and super helpful. The location is incredibly strategic, close to everything I needed. Not to mention the infinity pool with a breathtaking view of the mountains—definitely the highlight of my trip! Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and convenience with a view.

I ask two water, but never come, the toilet and bathroom design no good, small and not narrow space.

Pros: - stunning view of Merapi - great breakfast spread - great staff service Cons: - room is quite old - cleanliness of toilet can be be improved - location is quite far from other amenities

I always enjoyed my stay at Innside. Clean and spacious room, attractive contemporary design, good hospitality, varied breakfast menu. However, it is a bit distant from shops and restos, we have lotte mart behind the hotel within walking distance, though. And if we order food or things online, it also reaches us in a short time.

Great service especially from the manager, spacious parking lot, but sorry to say for cleanliness still needs to be improved. Bedsheet condition at check-in is not clean and the bathroom is very humid, no air circulation and exhaust fan, the towels also smelly, too bad for 4 stars class hotel
