Always grateful to the staff who are very friendly, food is good at very reasonable prices and there is a bath in my room. Can’t complain.

This room was great for the cost we had a bath tub and it was a big room, you had everything you needed in the area.

Overall, great stay. Rooms were spacious, with separate kitchen and living area. We were able to cook and enjoy our dinner. Separate shower room from toilet. Only issue was the toilet - light wasn't working.

Unfortunately someone in the room next to us screamed and threw up the whole night making it impossible to sleep. Not only was this really annoying but also really scary. The person in the room was in the bathtub the whole time and water was running every half hour from 3 in the morning. All this was so loud that it was impossible to even stay calm. All this while the reception of the hotel was completely unattended and not responding at all. I came down to the lobby at 8 to find medics waiting at the door of the hotel but not being able to come in. That all because no one of the hotel staff was there or even answering. I had to let the medics in so they could help the person in the room that seemingly had a medical emergency. That was by far the worst experience I ever had with a hotel. It’s shocking how irresponsible the whole hotel is.

Our staff remained on-site until 12:30 AM, at which point the police had already been involved and the situation appeared to be under control.While our reception is not physically staffed between 12:00 AM and 9:00 AM, we provide emergency contact numbers posted throughout the entrance and on all doors specifically for situations like this. Fairly decent for a budget traveller but the place is a bit dated and could do with some reno. The bathrooms are tiny and the faucets are leaky (imagine sleeping through the night with the sound of dripping water).

The room photos on Trip.com were taken when the room was brand new. It clearly is no longer the case now - some staining on the curtains and soft furniture and marks on walls. Overall, for the price, it's still acceptable. Check-in is done at the bar like most similar types of accommodation above a pub. Bedding is exceptionally comfortable - special mention of the supremely comfortable mattress and pillows. 5-star bed. Water pressure in the shower is weak - 60% of what I would have liked. Bottled water and milk in the fridge is a nice touch. Crockery and cutlery provided in the kitchen. You will have to lug your luggage up 1 flight of stairs as there's no lift.

Front desk was very rude and there is no lift to carry your luggage
