Good location near to downtown and the waterfront. Helpful front desk staff. Good gym, sauna, steam room all included. Decent sized room and in house bar/restaurant although food and cocktails were only so so. They have a partnership with a beach club where you take their shuttle and can visit the beach at no additional charge.
This is an exquisite hotel with a really nice architecture and design. It's a perfect location, wonderful staff, room is big, bed is super comfortable, and the vibe is very relaxing. The guy who takes care of the fitness area is very nice. There is a jaccuzi and steam room (no sauna) and they have some really nice things like fruit infused water and a chocolate hour at reception. Everything works great and it's all very well taken care of. They've also taken some sustainability initiatives, which is great. Absolutley loved it!
A smart, clean, and comfortable hotel located in Doha's Old Town. We arrived 3 hours early, but the wonderful staff had us in our room in minutes, no questions asked.
Hampton by Hilton, located close to the Souq Waqif, is the perfect place to stay when visiting Doha and is great value for money.
The staff are all very friendly, our room was spacious, clean and very comfortable, especially the bed. Our room also had a comfy sofa bed, which was perfect for our son.
Sohor (breakfast) was delicious, and our waiter, Omar, was full of energy and extremely helpful. Emrah, the day supervisor, was also helpful.
We enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying here again in the future.

Firstly, Shaza Location was perfect. 5 mins to metro and 15 mins to Souq Waqif. Recommend to visit both day and night.
First impression is clean and big room. Downside is the inconsistent of the shower temperature. Cold water gushing out every minute.
Service was alright. Fuss free but nothing to rave about.
Breakfast was good for the price. Spread was limited but good enough for our daily intake
Very disappointing experience due to the hotel’s lack of transparency. When booking, there was no mention anywhere on the website or in the hotel policies that Qatari nationals are not allowed to stay with someone of the opposite gender without a marriage certificate. Upon arrival, I was only informed of this rule, which was never stated beforehand. As a result, I had to book an extra room, causing unnecessary inconvenience and additional costs. While the reception staff was polite, the hotel’s policy should have been clearly communicated before booking to avoid such issues. This lack of transparency is unacceptable.”
The surrounding environment of the hotel is very good, the breakfast is rich in variety, the rooms are clean and hygienic, the front desk service is average, the response is always slow, and the room service and restaurant service staff are quite polite.
This Fraser Suites is a bit old and requires renovation. The bath tube was dirty, there was no socket near the beds. Their aircon was too cold and not able to adjust temperature to above 23C even with the help of housekeeping. The shower water was too cold for the first night and it took a day for their technician to fix it. Having said that their swimming pool, gym and other amenities were good. Location-wise, it’s not the most convenient location but there is a metro bus next to it.
The hotel location is good. About 15-20 minutes from airport, very convenient for a short transit trip
Walking (don't do that in summer) distance to National Museum, Islamic Art Museum and Souq Waqif.
My flight arrived in early morning and the front desk charged me for early check-in at about 2/3 of the full night rate...Except for this, the staffs were generally friendly.
Room space is huge, 60sqm+, but the view is almost blocked though I booked city view. But does't matter too much as it's not necessary to open the curtains during day time due too too strong sunlight. Sound insulation is not good enough.
I can’t go there after my booking because I miseed my flight to Doha, I contact the hotel and explain the situation but they said I need to contact to trip.com, after I contact trip.com they try to contact the hotel again and they reject my change date because of I missed my flight. I will not recommend this hotel if you have the same situation with me. Also I got deducted twice for this booking it’s so annoying.
Very nice hotel. We’ve got upgraded to a better room for free. First floor has a very bice buffet restaurant where I had some delicious dinner.

GGuest UserThe hotel meets the price-service-location ratio. Although I booked three months in advance. Many thanks to the staff and in particular to the receptionist Lilii. She gave us the opportunity to check in earlier than 14:00, which after 2 flights gave us the opportunity to sleep well and see the sights in the evening, and also helped us with all our questions.
GGuest UserThe hotel is perfect, the breakfast is also very good, the service is very good.
Wet, quite wet. The pool is perfect, everything is perfect, everything is perfect. I love this hotel.
GGuest UserVery controversial. For this money ($200 for 5 nights for two) you can give 10 points.
The location is the best you can imagine, everything is within walking distance.
The breakfasts are gorgeous, tasty and plentiful. They brought it to our room, because we were there during Ramadan and the restaurant did not work as a buffet.
The room is spacious with panoramic windows overlooking the city and the bay, a large bathroom.
Clean bed linen and a comfortable mattress and pillows.
Cons:
The room was not always cleaned, we had to ask for a change of towels and remind that there were two of us.
Dirty windows and mirrors in the room.
There were no robes
The hair dryer did not work
They took a long time to respond to requests.
And what spoiled the impression the most was the receptionist who promised to organize two excursions, in the end he took the money and just a driver came to us, who did not speak English well and was not aware of what we were promised at the hotel. In the end, we refused and returned the money with a scandal. Do not order anything at the reception desk.
Summary, if you are expecting 4* service - this hotel does not have it. If you came to see the city on a budget and are ready to tolerate minor inconveniences in comfort, then I can safely recommend it.
科科威伊迪萨The location is very good. It is not far from the Museum of Islamic Art, the National Museum, and the old bazaar. There are large construction sites around, and there are no construction sites in Doha. The service industry is very good, the living is very comfortable, the room decoration is very ethnic style, my mother and I like it very much. The bathroom is a bit small, just a little bigger.
GGuest UserIt was cheap, but I can’t say it’s a hotel I’d like to stay, interior looks really dated and not in a good way, room smells weird, like some spices, in general it’s ok if you need to spend a night but I wouldn’t go there for holidays.
GGuest UserOverall, the hotel is not bad. The staff is friendly, the administrators are polite. The rooms correspond to the photos, I stayed in a standard and a suite. The only downside is the cockroaches... I won't say there were many of them, but they were encountered regularly. The location (close to the museum, metro) and the price allow me to give the hotel a solid four.
JJIELINThe morning flight arrived at 7am, the hotel reception and the rooms were very friendly, let me stay and rest early. The people of this country are happy and intimate. The front desk can exchange currency, 5 yuan per handling fee. The mobile phone charging line was checked out, IQ was arrears, but the hotel provided Chinese-made data lines, proud and proud, great! You can walk from the sights and the location is good.
奕奕衡WilliamThe hotel environment is honest, not as good as domestic Samsung, even worse than some chains, there is no air conditioning in the corridor, indoor facilities are very old, not recommended, air conditioning is not too strong
