The location is excellent. The hotel is a bit old, but the value for money is very good. The rooms are spacious and offer beautiful views. We were allowed to check in at 8 AM for a small extra fee, which we greatly appreciated. The staff is very responsive.

I’m honestly lost for words when it comes to the service provided by the staff at DoubleTree by Hilton Doha Old Town. They went above and beyond anything I expected and as tourists travelling for our honeymoon, they truly left a lasting impression on our experience. Every member of staff was warm, welcoming and genuinely kind. The way they approached and spoke to guests made us feel valued and at home. They may not realise it but those small interactions make such a big difference to someone’s stay and create memories that last long after the trip is over. I’d also like to give a special mention to the gentleman at reception who checked us in. Unfortunately, I can’t remember his name but he was incredibly kind and welcoming. We mentioned that we were visiting Doha for our honeymoon, and the following day, when we returned to our room, we found it beautifully decorated. It was such a thoughtful and heartfelt surprise, and that small gesture meant so much to us. Because of the exceptional hospitality we received, whenever we return to Doha, there’s no question about where we’ll stay. It will always be DoubleTree by Hilton Doha Old Town. Thank you to the entire team for making our honeymoon even more special and unforgettable.🤍

What an incredible stay! From the moment I arrived at Mövenpick Doha Corniche, everything felt special. The hotel has a beautiful atmosphere, an excellent location by the Corniche, and a level of service that genuinely stands out. What impressed me most was the hospitality. The staff were warm, professional and incredibly attentive, always making sure everything was perfect without being intrusive. My room was spacious, spotless and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The overall experience was beyond what I expected. Great location, beautiful views, excellent service and a very welcoming atmosphere. This is definitely one of those hotels where you leave already thinking about your next visit. I would happily come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Doha.

Dear Hotel Management, I would like to make a complaint regarding my recent stay. I arrived at the hotel at approximately 5:30 AM after arriving in Qatar at around 3:00 AM. I had made a reservation specifically for a transit stay, and when I booked through your website, the information indicated that transit guests could check in at any time and could book the hotel for a number of hours. I booked the room for a full day, although my total stay was less than 24 hours, as I was scheduled to leave Qatar at approximately 1:00 AM. When I arrived at 5:30 AM, the front desk informed me that I had to pay an additional fee because the standard check-in time was 3:00 PM. I paid the additional amount in order to enter the hotel early. However, despite paying the additional fee, I was not provided with the breakfast that was included with my reservation. I would appreciate it if you could please review my reservation and explain why I was not provided with the included breakfast. I also kindly request a refund or appropriate compensation for the breakfast that I was unable to receive. I look forward to your response and a fair resolution to this matter. I recently stayed at the Golden Tulip Doha Hotel during my trip to Qatar, and I had a very pleasant experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, making me feel comfortable right away. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was comfortable, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job every day. I particularly appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which allowed me to rest well after busy days exploring the city. The hotel’s location is another major advantage. It is conveniently situated near key attractions, shopping areas, and transportation options, making it easy to move around Doha. The breakfast offered a good variety of fresh and delicious options, catering to different tastes. What stood out most was the genuine hospitality of the hotel team. Their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction made my stay memorable. Overall, I highly recommend Golden Tulip Hotel to anyone visiting Qatar for business or leisure. It offers excellent value, comfort, and service, and I would gladly stay there again on my next visit.

It was great that the hotel was so close to the airport, about a 15-minute taxi ride. I didn't use it, but it seemed like there was also a shuttle bus service available.

It was okay. Not many amenities were available. 🚫🧴 However, the staff were helpful and nice. 😊👏 The check-in time is quite late, especially if you arrive early in the morning. ⏰✈️ Fortunately, thanks to the kind staff, I was able to check in early. 🛎️👍”

Everything was great, especially the reception service, particularly Mr. Amin and the rest of the staff who were also good. The security was excellent, and the baggage delivery service was superb. The restaurant was decent, but the coffee machine wasn't working. However, the room cleaning service was a letdown. I always had to call them myself to clean, and even then, they didn't do a thorough job. This isn't my first time here; last year, their service was much better, but now it's different. I thought it was just a one-day issue, but it continued. These attached photos were taken upon my arrival.

First, I don’t believe many Google reviews for this hotel, as part of them are identical and look unreal in my personal opinion. Second, the hotel knew better times. Its old fashioned and definitely not luxury anymore. It is clean and has good pools working till 8pm, good location and comfortable beds. The food for breakfast was more then average and on the breakfast buffet tables there were many empty spaces, that looked sad. Service is also a bit relaxed I would say. Anyway for that amount of money you can have better quality.

I liked the hotel very much. The location is convenient, near the metro, relatively close to the embankment with pleasure boats and a museum. The room is clean, the area is large, the bathroom is convenient. Breakfasts are tasty and filling. The staff is responsive. In the photo, the view from the room window, as well as a photo from the hall with elevators.
