Room is big and bed is the hard type but comfortable. Strong water pressure in the bathroom. Lots of car parked at the main entrance, quite messy!
Room was supposed to have a refrigerator but there was none upon checked in, inform Trip.com and the hotel brought one fridge the next morning, but placed it outside the compartment!

This is the first time I have come across a hotel that didn't change the sheets. When I got up the next morning to tie my shoelaces, I accidentally found snot or human secretions on the side of the sheets, as shown in the picture. The key is that they didn't deal with it directly. They sent several unconfirmed video evidences. Don't I know if I did it myself? I stay in hotels 10 times a month. This is the first time in my life that I have given a bad review. The Vienna brand franchisee is too bad. The other Vienna hotels before were also average, but this time it was too hard to accept.

Booked a room for my family and a friend. We arrived quite late. The service at the front desk was very attentive and the facilities were very good.
