The front desk staff greeted you politely and warmly! The room is clean and quiet! It was a bit of a hassle when I got the key to the room and found out it was a double bed, but I confirmed on trip.com that the order was for a twin bed (for 2 people)! After checking the order, the waiter said it was for a business room with a king bed!
Finally, the front desk clerk also changed it to a twin room! Feel good about this service attitude! Because I didn’t prepare for this trip, I was deeply inconvenienced because the mainland phone number was stuck during the trip! The hotel front desk staff are very considerate and enthusiastic to help arrange things!
