Service: It is the second time to stay here. The promised fruit gift from the last time is not true. The check-in experience this time is too bad. There is only one person checking in, and there are too many people during the May Day holiday. The room type is not the last time I stayed, with two beds on the top and a sofa below. This time there is a bed below and a sofa + bed on the top, which completely loses the loft hotel design. The reservation was made 1 month ago and said that the two rooms are adjacent, but they were arranged at two opposite corners. At 11:30, they started calling to check out. This is the first time I have stayed in so many hotels. As a result, after checking out at 11:50, they actually sent a text message at 1:50 in the afternoon saying that I did not check out and would be charged for half a day. It is also drunk.

The location of the hotel is very good. There is a shopping mall downstairs which is very convenient for eating. However, there are really some problems with the hotel's hygiene. After entering, the area next to the window was filled with insect corpses. Although I'm not afraid of bugs, I was really disgusted after seeing them. And the check-in efficiency at the front desk is really too slow.
