衞生：還可以，就是洗手間門的位置衞生需要加強
環境：就在下壩坊對面的創意園，交通很方便，有免費的停車場，在園區內比較安靜，出門就有很多吃飯的地方，晚上可以去下壩坊酒吧街走走或者去創意園也很不錯
