I had a wonderful stay at Hilton Dubai Creek Hotel. The hotel is very clean and well-maintained, and my room was spacious and spotless. The staff are incredibly kind and welcoming — a special thanks to Riki, who made my check-in process smooth and easy. His kindness left a great impression. Overall, all the hotel staff I met were warm and professional, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

The facilities at the hotel are great, but getting around is incredibly inconvenient. The hotel entrance is particularly hard to find. Catching a taxi is a major hassle; on multiple occasions, we waited over 20 minutes for one. I hope the hotel takes this issue seriously.

West of my time when I was checking out make me miss my flight . The reasons is my daughter write on the chairs a little bit they make me paid 678 dirham for it . I pay them 200$ to giving me my change west of time a lot and the time I arrived to the airport the gate of the flight was closed

Great location and courteous staff. However, I was disappointed that no one informed us about the parking validation. As a result, I ended up paying around AED 80 upon leaving the hotel, which was quite upsetting.

Spent 3 nights here and it was a pleasant stay with friends and boyfriend. We got the 2 bedroom with balcony which there was plenty of space for all. I liked the maid service which they were very attentive. I loved the bathroom!!! We used the spa but over at the Marriott so the golf cart was a great addition for in between the two hotels. I would recommend working on the room service system as it takes forever for someone to pick up the call. Also, update the contact number for the different services. In the kitchens, a microwave is needed especially when you only want to heat up food which takes secs instead of the oven which takes minutes. The pools are like plunge pools as they are very small. We had drinks at the restaurant, but weren't attended to once a large party arrived, so need more consistency. It's very inconvenient to locate as you can either enter from the Marriott garage or make u-turns to enter from the one side of the road that it's accessible. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Very disappointed with Hilton. They threw my belongings away and I have no idea where! They did a deep clean before my check-out. What a shame for a Hilton! I will never go back there again. My belongings are lost.
