I was told by the apartment operators that the room I've booked has a broken Air Conditioner, They told me they are not legally allowed to let us stay at the place. I was told they will contact the booking platform to issue a refund. The moment I tried to file for a refund, the apartment operators have been dodging my requests and my efforts to contact them have been ignored. I mean there's a ladder in my room. 😂

飯店雖然是3星飯店，但是所有服務人員及前台人員的服務可以讓飯店直接升級成5星，特別是從第一天就接待我們的NEHA 小姐，不論是她的笑容還是熱情，都是最讓人喜歡的，服務態度更是裡面的第一，讓人下次有機會還會來這間飯店，下次來會想要是她來服務。
Otele geldiğimiz andan itibaren tüm personelin son derece alakalı hizmetiyle karşılaştık özellikle resepsiyondaki NEHA hanım bizi çok içtenlikle ve sevgiyle karşıladı herkese çok teşekkür ederiz çok memnun kaldık.
