A great hotel at the Palm Jumeirah. The breakfast buffet was great. The room was great. The towels were great. The private beach access was great. Location close to Nakheel mall was great. No complaints.

[Location]★★★★⭐︎(4/5) From the base of Dubai's Palm Jumeirah, the second monorail station (Nakheel Mall) is the closest. If you want to try riding the monorail, this is a convenient place as it is directly connected to a shopping mall. However, it takes about 15 to 20 minutes to walk from the platform of this station to the hotel. Additionally, the monorail stops operating at 10pm, so it is not suitable for people traveling to their hotel late at night. The only other means of transportation is by car (taxi or Uber). However, there is also a bus shuttle service from the hotel to Mall of the Emirates three times a day, so you can use it to go out (and back) from Palm Jumeirah. [Facilities/Services]★★★★⭐︎(4/5) The front desk staff is always on duty, even late at night, and is full of hospitality. The room is fully equipped with a kitchen and cooking utensils, so it's perfect for those who like to cook their own meals during their stay. There was no outlet in the sink area to run the hair dryer (sorry if you couldn't find one), so I had to do it in the bedroom, which was a bit inconvenient. [Overview]★★★★⭐︎(4/5) The hotel itself is large and beautiful, so I was more impressed than I expected when I arrived. There is an infinity pool on the rooftop that spans two buildings (it looks like Marina Bay Sands), so you can feel like you're in a resort. However, the available hours are from 8:00 to 18:00, so it would have been nice if it could be used until a little later. The terrace bar attached to the pool can be used until around 2 a.m., but the pricing was a bit aggressive, with a fish plate and a glass of beer costing 7,000 yen (1dh = 40 yen at time of posting), which is the resort price. On top of that, the view from the rooftop was amazing, so I think you'll be satisfied with the cost of the location.

I liked everything from check-in to check-out. We were only there for a day. We arrived before 11 am. They immediately asked what were the plans for the next day in order to understand how long the room was needed. We informed our departure time in the evening and were immediately offered to extend our stay until 15.00 at no additional cost and were given an upgraded room. Literally 10 minutes later we were already in the room. Room equipment, linen, towels - everything is excellent. The rooftop pool overlooking the Marina is great! At 11 am there were no places on the nearest beach, but there were plenty of places on the second one. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The front desk paid extra to upgrade to a more spacious room with a small balcony with a sea view. The rooftop swimming pool is beautiful and the service facilities are very new. The Tajik young man at the reception desk was very sincere, gentle, patient and meticulous, leaving a very good impression on people. There was an episode after check-in, the faucet broke due to rain, but from the front desk manager to the engineer, and later to the guest service center and restaurant staff, they all tried their best to provide first-class service attitude, sincerity, professionalism, meticulousness, and maintenance. The Indian engineer was very responsible and took the initiative to confirm whether the faucet was working properly even on the next day. Deal with unpleasant things until everyone is happy and satisfied. The children also found the episode very interesting and enriched their travel experience. I would like to express my sincere praise🌹😄

The most outrageous and worst hotel I have stayed in so far! This hotel has serious discrimination against Chinese people. We were placed on the renovated first floor. The entire floor was covered with decorative baffles. The smell of formaldehyde was very strong. There were no other customers on this floor. After contacting the hotel, we were only sorry. Then Why can guests from other countries stay on other floors? The hotel does not have its own beach, the breakfast variety is very limited and perfunctory, and the price is inflated

Excellent hotel. Clean, modern. Nice beach, swimming pool. Quick check-in without unnecessary red tape and waiting. Very convenient location, next to a shopping center with restaurants, cafes and shops.

We were put in a room without a balcony! We were tired and didn’t immediately pay attention to it, we thought that having a balcony was a higher category, but it turned out not! Be careful when checking in everything else is fine

Everything is excellent, the beach is nearby, a 1-minute walk, a swimming pool on the terrace with a gorgeous view, the food is varied and tasty. A magnificent promenade with many cafes. The staff is very polite. The rooms have a stove, washing machine, iron, refrigerator, balcony and all kitchen utensils. Moll (shopping center) opposite the hotel, there is a grocery store that sells pork products. I recommend it, you won’t regret it
