Ok, not bad. Service is good. Closed to airport. Good choice for business.

Dinner menu was kind of disappointing. Could have been and should be improved. View from the room was spectacular.

Nice hotel and services

The service is warm and thoughtful, and the breakfast is NICE, including porridge, fried eggs, and hot milk, which is rare! Many airline personnel check in! If you are too lazy to go out, you can order food in the room!

The room was a bit small, the service was good, and it was clean, but there was no toothbrush or shaver.

Old five star hotel..... Lots of flight attendants check in..... Good location, convenient travel... Hotel bed sheets are clean... Friendly service...

Basically, the prices of hotels in Bangladesh are high, the service is mediocre, the room card needs to be swiped at the front desk once a day, otherwise you can’t get in, and the food and beverages are mediocre

First night I went to the Cigar Bar. The servent there was very helpful and overall nice. Thank you Abdur Rahman Also, the hotel has lots of restaurant options, with a European food restaurant there. Also, the rooms look very well taken care of and recently renovated, at least mine 5/5

The staffs are really friendly and helpful. I appreciate the hospitality that they know how to provide. The rooms are neat and clean whenever a person gets in. This place is calm and hassle free. No j people are there. People could easily find what they want as the labels are very clear.

Great service. They addressed all our requests. Nice property to relax and spend some quiet time. Highly recommended for relaxing and exploring areas in Dhaka. Nasim, Haque, Mamun, Annie, Collin, Tareque - all these guys provided excellent service.

Nasim is a very cordial and helpful person. Excellent courteous service. The staff in general are always at your service and ever present. Recommend, especially if one is travelling for business. They also provide swift airport pick up and drop.

The recent refurbished Superior Room is perfect for business purposes You have an amazing shoe shiner in your hotel. I've never seen my shoes shine like this before. Mr. Hasan, that's his name, is a helpful and respectful shoeshine old man. He is simply fantastic. The laundry service is fast and efficient, which is very appreciable when traveling with few belongings. However, I have two topics that should be considered by your operations team: 1) It is imperative to remove the 2 carpets located under the tables of the buffet restaurant on the ground floor. They are horrible and dirty. 2) You should, for customers who stay for long periods in your hotel, have a transport service to go to the offices in the morning with reasonable rates. Your interest is to meet the demands of your customers and not systematically want to make a margin at all costs. Best regards.

Mahmud Nasim Khan was extremely helpful. The food here is great, the staff are all very helpful and friendly and welcoming. I really enjoyed my time here and will definitely be back in the future for my next Bangladesh trip in the next year…..
