All the staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The food was delicious and well-prepared. A special appreciation to the F&B team — their service was outstanding! They were attentive, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. Honestly, every staff member we met provided great service. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and very well managed. You can really see that they work hard and achieve their KPIs — everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Highly recommended! Everyone should come and stay at this hotel. It is definitely trusted and worth it!"

"This hotel is super convenient, especially if you need to get to the airport quickly. The location was definitely one of its biggest advantages – the commute took hardly any time at all. The room was in excellent condition: all the furniture and appliances were working perfectly, nothing was damaged, and everything looked well-maintained and tidy. I also want to highlight the high level of cleanliness, both in the room and in the hotel's common areas. My stay was comfortable and completely hassle-free. It's a great option for a rest before a flight or after arriving. I'd happily stay here again."

The room is simple, nothing fancy, but clean, and has a shower and toilet. Breakfast is good, but there was no meat, at least not for us."

"The hotel is surely the best one in Dhaka, in the last 7 years I tried many and this is has totally all the potential to become a top grade institution. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Overall decoration is beautiful. The staff is attentive, professional and smiling all the time (very important). Spot on the front desk manager Mr. Galib, a real passionate and professional person who for sure will bring this establishment to success with his attitude and hard job. I also appreciate Mr. Rubel from the main restaurant, nice and very kind. As a new institution there is still a lot to polish, the staff need to be trained more on the little details (like be more present in the restaurant to pour water and clear the tables quicker...), mosquito problems on the restaurant on pool side. Plus the menus "a la carte" needs more selection and variety! Just little details but important to push this hotel on the top. All the potential is there, you will achieve!"

"we stayed this hotel for 5 nights and having the breakfast 5 days and every morning the same type of food , this is what we unsatisfied. And the hotel room cleaning also not that good coz i believe the 5 nights they never change our bedsheet as i still could find the hair and dirty stain on the bed. We enquire from the lobby counter that to arrange a car to fetch us from Artisan Gulshan2 back to the hotel and they wanna charge 4,000taka just a 9mins one way drive , this is ridiculous! Foturnately we manage to get an uber and paid only 300taka."

Room was clean and decent, the dining area seems to be infested with mosquito at night. Had issue with payment, apparently the staff wasnt charging me properly, i had to pay extra for my driver to pay outstanding for me."
