Even though called and checked the front days said it was complementary but on my 2nd day during breakfast all of a sudden another front desk person said it’s not included so for one day I had to pay about 60 AUD. If it was clear I would not have had breakfast there. Poor communication and service"

"There is a KTV upstairs, and the noise continued until 4 or 5 o'clock in the morning on the night I checked in. The front desk changed the room in the middle of the night. Although it was still very noisy, at least the bass sound could be softer. There was no more noise for the next few nights. The food in the hotel is very good, suitable for Chinese tastes, and the service is also very good and warm."
