Lakeshore Heights

Facilities: The facilities are well-equipped, no issues there. Cleanliness: The room was quite damp; we had to keep the AC on constantly to prevent water from accumulating on the floor. Environment: There are plenty of dining options nearby, and there's a pool downstairs. Service: The service was good, and there were no language barriers.

Facilities: The facilities were just average. No slippers or toothbrushes were provided in the room. Hygiene: I don't even want to think about the hygiene. Perhaps because it's in Bangladesh, the duvet, towels, and bath towels were all beige, not white. Environment: For Bangladesh, the surrounding environment of this hotel was decent, and getting in and out was convenient. Service: It was just average.

I stayed at the Lakeside Heights, also known as The Olive Hotel, for 20 days. The rooms varied in quality, with some having various minor issues, which might be due to the hotel's older structure. I can say that almost all hotel staff were incredibly friendly, except for one night when I requested a room change because it was too noisy, and the front desk staff had a poor attitude. Otherwise, all other staff members, whether at the front desk, security, or housekeeping, were very friendly and polite! The hotel breakfast offered a good variety, and the gym was sufficient for basic needs, even having a dedicated staff member available for guidance and assistance, which was a great plus!

The room was really damp, and I couldn't open the window. I stayed for a week straight, and the floor was always wet. Breakfast was just okay, nothing special. They didn't even offer a welcome fruit platter.
