Very good hotel with a lot of entertainments and good view. Location is good as week, especially if you don’t want to go to Burj Khalifa often. This direction is not that nice as the other with nice neighborhood. Room was clean and comfortable. And also when you check out, you can leave your stuff at special box with a code and take it when it’s necessary. Very convenient

The location is easy to get around everywhere.
At check-in, I wanted to book a spa appointment, but was told to go directly to the spa to book it myself.
And I made a reservation in person, but it was not reserved on the day of the event.
Why?
It is a chain hotel, safe and secure.
They are just handling the guests.

He provided breakfast at a price higher than the official website price, and he also refused to acknowledge the price on the flyer posted on site. He rudely and unreasonably asked us to pay the price he said, and ridiculously tore off the advertising leaflets on the scene. He said pay my price or leave. This is really low-level and shameful behavior.

The hotel was very comfortable and the staff was fantastic. My husband couldn't leave the airport (our mistake not reviewing the visa regulations properly) so I stayed at this hotel by myself. They let me take away a breakfast for him - which, by the way, was absolutely delicious. Very fresh options, amazing bread, and even good coffee.
The beds are super comfy and all the necessary amenities are there.
The location is right across from the Burj Khalifa area but across a large highway, so not the most pleasant walk over. Fine if you plan to take a taxi or drive (or if you are not there in the heat of the summer).

The beds are too small and the hotel is on the side of the road. Sleeping at night I feel in the car driving on the domestic highway, basically sleepless overnight, will not choose this hotel again. There are only four floors, and one or two floors are smoke-free.
