Excellent hotel with excellent staff. Kudos to Kamal and the entire porter staff for their professionalism, business like behavior and constant support. They are so loyal employees that they make one feel to want to stay in no other hotel than that of Residence Inn.
Perfect service, great food and facilities. Ritz-Carlton doesn't dissapoint once again.
The only cons are the small area around the outdoor pool - not enough sun chairs, and awkward design of the rooms - a lot of unfurnished space next to the window, and outdated furnishing. If the room gets a little refurb, they will be splendid again.
Spa is a threat, too!
The hotel have a good location but they have a very bad WiFi. We often needed to go down to the reception to use the internet.
The restaurant offer a big selection of different options on the breakfast buffet but the quality of the food wasn’t that high. It should be better with less options but a higher quality of the food.
The hotel offers a swimming pool but it is on the lower ground which during the winter is lacking sun due to tall walls of the hotel.
The hotel staff is very nice, polite and is always there to help.

I recently stayed at Ibis One Central Dubai and had a great experience. The hotel is clean, with well-maintained rooms and excellent service from the friendly staff. The location is a standout feature – just a short walk to the Museum of the Future and surrounded by a variety of restaurants within 3-5 minutes. It’s also close to the Dubai World Trade Centre and easily accessible via public transportation. The rooms are compact but comfortable, offering everything you need for a relaxing stay. Overall, it’s a perfect choice for convenience, comfort, and value for money. Highly recommended!
Fantastic Stay – Best Hotel Experience in Dubai!”
I had an amazing stay at this hotel during my Dubai layover. They arranged a room with a full view of the Burj Khalifa – absolutely breathtaking! The staff were incredibly friendly and caring, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The facilities are top-notch, and the swimming pool is a real highlight with stunning views. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. For the quality of service and amenities, this place is excellent value for money. Thanks to the beautiful people and this exceptional hotel, my short stop in Dubai turned into a truly memorable experience. Highly recommended!
An Exceptional Stay at Jumeirah Emirates Towers
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Jumeirah Emirates Towers, checking out on October 16, 2024, and the experience was nothing short of remarkable. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and impeccable service, which made me feel truly welcomed.
The hotel’s luxurious ambiance, combined with the stunning skyline views of Dubai, made it a perfect choice for both business and leisure. The room was spacious, elegantly designed, and equipped with every modern comfort, ensuring a relaxing and productive stay. The attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel was impressive, from the cleanliness of the facilities to the thoughtful amenities provided.
What stood out the most was the exceptional service by the staff, who went above and beyond to accommodate every need. Whether it was assistance with meeting arrangements or personalized recommendations for dining and entertainment, they were always professional, courteous, and attentive.
The dining experience was equally unforgettable, with world-class cuisine offered at every restaurant. The variety and quality of food, paired with beautiful settings, made each meal an event in itself. The location of the hotel, in the heart of Dubai, is ideal for easy access to both business districts and iconic attractions.

I had a pleasant stay at the Ibis Trade Center Hotel in Dubai. The location is incredibly convenient, especially for those attending events at the Dubai World Trade Center. It’s well-connected, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are compact but comfortable, with all the essentials for a short stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. While the facilities are basic, they are well-maintained and clean, making for a comfortable stay. Overall, the Ibis Trade Center Hotel offers good value for its location and is a great choice for business travellers or tourists looking for a budget-friendly option in the heart of Dubai.
I have been to a number of hotels around UAE and I got interested with this hotel. I celebrated my birthday Yesterday at 25Hours Hotel in Dubai, and it was truly a very chill stay! The vibrant and quirky interior caught my eye—it’s such a cool vibe, like stepping into a world of creativity and fun.
I stayed in the Glamping Room, as I have upgraded from medium Bedouin, and yes, I was indeed so impressed. The tub in the middle of the room was such a unique and fun feature—it made the space feel so luxurious and different. Plus, it was spotlessly clean (no stray hairs or anything, which is a big deal for me!) - thanks to their housekeeping staff Ilyas (if i can remember). The utilities and toiletries were all complete—everything I needed was there, so I didn’t have to ask for a thing. Oh, and the view, Museum of the Future right on my window!
Another favorite touch? The free stuff in the minibar! It’s such a thoughtful detail that really adds to the experience.
The dining experiences were equally amazing. The buffet breakfast at Tandoor Tina was delicious, fresh and had a great variety of options to start the day right. I enjoyed drinks and salmon sashimi as well the night before at Monkey Bar on the 6th floor, and the ambiance and vibe there was incredible—it’s the perfect spot to unwind and take in the vibe of the city.
Overall, the room was cozy, spotless, and full of character—perfect for a birthday getaway. The whole hotel has a fun, laid-back vibe that I absolutely loved. I’ll definitely be back and would recommend it to anyone who wants a unique, stylish, and memorable stay in Dubai!
I loved my stay in the tallest tower ! Everything was great beside that waiting time for elevator. It’s great hotel ! I hope they will make it 5 stars instead of 4. Rooms are amazing on the highest floors, just bathrooms could be more renewable. In second day of my stay the housekeeping were very late but out of that I had nice stay and helpful lady in the reception who upgraded me with my view ! Thank you !

MMohammad.EbiHey everyone! Just wanted to share my amazing experience at this hotel I recently stayed at. Everything was absolutely fantastic and the service was top-notch! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a friendly staff that went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable.
张张Very good experience, living in a suite, the room is very large, there are many restaurants around the hotel, but the swimming pool is under maintenance, the hotel is free to pick up and go swimming in other hotels.
GGuest UserThe hotel is opposite Dubai mall so an excellent location. The room is a great size, however the hotel is under renovation so the gym is not really suitable, and the temporary restaurant was cramped and there was limited staff at the reception despite the hotel being busy.
