I read the reviews before and the hotel rating was not good, but we felt very good after staying here. Needless to say, the location is right inside the Burj Khalifa. The style is Armani's low-key luxury business style. From the lobby to the room, it is all metallic black. The upgraded VIP room is not small and is divided into two areas. The reception area has a separate bathroom, TV and cloakroom. The breakfast is rich and delicious. Outside the terrace of the restaurant is the fountain square at the entrance of du bai mall. The hotel can go directly to du bai mall through the VIP channel by swiping the room card, but the elevator to take when coming back is a bit hidden. After checking out, you can leave your luggage at the front desk and borrow a room card to go shopping in the mall. The front desk is happy to help.

My decision to stay at Sofitel Hotel in Dubai was the best. It was located in a nice location and all the staff were kind. Above all, I will never forget the tremendous hospitality that the staffs showed my child dressed in Superman clothes.

After breakfast, I took pictures of the Burj Khalifa. The disadvantage is that cameras are not allowed. I sat there warmly for the whole morning. The location of the hotel is very convenient, but it is a little noisy on the roadside. The doors and windows are good, and it will be much better if they are closed tightly.

The staff are helpful. The service that I received from the hotel is great. The location is average to me. It takes at least 20 minutes to walk to the metro station, which, compared to my previous travel to other countries, it is not as convenient. However, compared to other hotels with this price in this area, this hotel provided a walkable distance to the metro station. About 5 minutes walk, you can see the Burj Khalifa. If you are travelling around Dubai, this location is fine. The hotel stated open in 2024, however, this is because they have been sold by the previous owner in 2024, so to be honest, the design of the room and the amenities is not as good status as I thought. The bathtub area is opened, which may not be a good choice for someone who needs more privacy. There is only one socket next to the bed, which may not as convenient.

Great location, room nice, breakfast superb, service good. Few things not up to standard needs improve. Bath towels not white, bed sheets broken. Otherwise everything good.

The location of the hotel is not easy to find when driving. The room service is very satisfactory, and the view of the club room is superb. If you are tired of Western food, you can go to the Sichuan restaurant opposite the hotel. The tofu beef with rice is authentic Sichuan flavor to satisfy the Chinese stomach.
