Hotels in Downtown Dubai, Dubai

The room was decent. Location was great, walking distance to Dubai Mall. But the soundproof was bad, can hear contraction sound and also next door talking. Server was really nice and helpful, but the first day after checking in, it was already 11pm, we were almost asleep, and we got a phone call from the front desk telling us they forgot the charge for our second day’s tax. The phone ringing in the middle of the night scared us, and they insisted this need to need paid right now, so we have to go down bed to go pay for it. Not really happy about that, because why can’t you just do it tomorrow. Anyway, very affordable price in a really good location, so I will still recommend.

Location was superb, right next to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. Easy access to dining, shopping and Dubai Mall experiences. Service staff was friendly and accommodating. Facilities are modest, though the air conditioning and stove in the room needed some assistance from the maintenance staff. Overall, I would stay there again

The staff are helpful. The service that I received from the hotel is great. The location is average to me. It takes at least 20 minutes to walk to the metro station, which, compared to my previous travel to other countries, it is not as convenient. However, compared to other hotels with this price in this area, this hotel provided a walkable distance to the metro station. About 5 minutes walk, you can see the Burj Khalifa. If you are travelling around Dubai, this location is fine. The hotel stated open in 2024, however, this is because they have been sold by the previous owner in 2024, so to be honest, the design of the room and the amenities is not as good status as I thought. The bathtub area is opened, which may not be a good choice for someone who needs more privacy. There is only one socket next to the bed, which may not as convenient.

The room is very spacious and clean. Super closed to Dubai mall (~5mins walk) Staff are nice and helpful, we ordered something from deliveroo (not fresh food) but we were not in hotel when it arrived, and the staff kindly kept it for us until we got back. The only downside is the bathtub area, door is not enclosed (which I already knew beforehand when looking at photos online, but it’s worse than I thought, since water just splashed out to the floor if not careful enough 😭) Also the water temperature changed from time to time so I always had to adjust the temperature several times. Hope improvements could be made on that. Overall a nice stay and would recommend to others.

I looked for a hotel not large with many rooms and in a good location. This was perfect, great location, friendly staff and to top it off they have their own American style sports bar within the hotel.  It’s an easy few minutes walk to the mall, has a small supermarket within. The pool is heated as we came in January/Febuary but still a great temperature to sit by. Yogesh served us, he’s very nice. If you want a more personal hotel this is the one.

The price is in the mid-100,000 won range and it is spacious, and since it is a residence, there is also a microwave. If you don't like Middle Eastern tastes, it's okay to bring Haetban and eat it. You can't see the fountain show, but you can see the Burj Khalifa diagonally. Please refer to the photo

Room condition is very good But the address described on the trip was different from the actual room address, so I struggled very much. The hotel did not accidentally send a check-in message, and cash deposit should be prepared in advance to tell the check-in time I have to go to the airport at dawn, but it takes about 20 minutes to get a deposit. I booked to stay lightly and wash before leaving Dubai, but it was a pity that I had too much trouble However, the facilities are Gancha

Everything was beautiful and its proximity to the mall is better, but you take the elevator and go straight to the mall. It is very safe. The problem for me was from the beginning, there was a tall independent employee with a white beard and no mustache, and he was not an Arab. I came before the check-in time. They usually enter, but he wanted to give me a room higher than the room I had taken. He told me you can stay in this one and pay more, but I insisted that I want my room and he tried to make me see it, but his actions failed him. He made me enter the two rooms, the first one is the higher level and the second one I had reserved. When I saw that the room I had reserved was clean, I argued with him and told him that the room was ready, why did you give me the second one? He gave me the room, meaning my own. As for the others, they were cheerful and surprised, they only noticed him.
