Hotels in Dubai International Airport, Dubai

There was no explanation of shuttle service at the booking site as I needed it for pick up and drop off from the airport, so I stood at the shuttle bus station waiting for it and it didn’t come. I asked several bus drivers and after one hour one of the bus driver told me that it wouldn’t arrive as the hotel shuttle only drops off. I have to pay extra money to get a taxi. The room was not clean either as there was as a lot of dust on the shelves and mirrors. I called the receptionist couple of times to ask about drop off service and they didn’t answer so I have to go down stairs and ask her then we waited in the hallway for almost an hour for it to come. It was quite a disappointing experience for us.

It took them 1 hour to get my room ready. And I saw others who have reached to the hotel at check in time but there room weren't ready. The breakfast doesn't belong to a 5 stars hotel level. I didn't like that experience.

Very nice place to stay and relax, thanks to the reception Mr (I forgot the name, he is one nice Indian man) he upgraded our room to the royal club It was very lovely, breakfast was good. I love the toast salmon and dimsum The only part I don't really like is that the hotel is far from the city,it's more closer to airport So if your done with the city tour it's very recommended hotel to stay But they provide Suttle to many place, only that the timing doesn't meat our schedule Overall,it's great place to stay and relax

This is not my first time staying at a Premier Inn hotel, and I’ve previously received much better service. However, during this stay, I was disappointed to be asked to pay an additional fee for a late checkout—something that was previously accommodated without issue. Additionally, I was accustomed to receiving more bottled water during my stays, but when I requested extra water this time, the receptionist declined and directed me to the vending machine instead. Having traveled to many countries and stayed at various hotels, I can honestly say that this experience ranks among the most disappointing. I am truly let down!

Jumeirah Creekside one of my favorite hotels in Dubai The exits and entrances of the roads are close and smooth to Sharjah, Deira, the Festival, the Creek and to Sheikh Zayed Road, and close to the metro station, the hotel is distinguished 5 stars with excellence I recommend it. , Quiet for married couples and business.

Pre notice were given to hotel for late check in due to my flight schedule , however , I was told to wait rooms due to clean room available at midnight 2am...I need to wait more than 30 mins to get my room. When I get into room, I noticed alot of ”fry” in my room disturb my sleep, since aldy midnight and exhausted plus I need to out in early morning for my works...I didn't bother to change room since I don't think they have rooms available. I also notice , the fry also appear in lift lobby and my floor corridor.... It's so disappointing this stay . When I check out , I told this to reception staff , they gave me responses was not care about it .

I have to check out early in the morning because of my flight schedule. When I checked in, I already requested a breakfast box to take with me at check-out. However, when I checked out, the breakfast box was not ready, and the shuttle was about to leave. It’s really unfortunate.

The hotel room is very nice, clean, and quiet. Hotel staff are helpful both night and day hotel front desk managers are great assistants, especially Mr Chino and Mr Aman Anand...for sure this hotel will be my first choice when coming back to Dubai

My first hotel in dubai. I only stayed maybe about 6 hours cuz arrived at 6 AM and needed to move to another hotel at the downtown before 12 but they were let me late check out about an hour. So basically it’s a nice hotel for the short time also transit hotel, nothing to see around from the hotel room, quite spacious, nice amenities already serve at the table so we didn’t need todo a phone call for it, got a capsule coffee machine also nice, we can use the shuttle bus that they already provide to the airport and back as well. All the staff are so nice and very helpful even the housekeeping asking us if we need a room service or refill amenities even tho going to check out at the same day. Oh breakfast also nice! The staff really helpful and happy to serve us our coffee

I returned to EstayHotel for another stay, and once again, it exceeded my expectations. The convenient location, excellent facilities, and friendly service made my visit enjoyable and hassle-free. It’s definitely a place I would choose again for future trips.
