Huge thanks to Louise (front desk) for her outstanding customer service skills! We waited in line for 45 min on check-in and we were so disappointed but she managed to change our negative experience. What I love about the room was the coffee machine! Food was amazing and staff were nice. The only thing I wish is if you could show the menu of the resto and bar in the room so we wouldn’t have to go down. Overall it was an amazing experience! Will definitely be back!

The Wyndham Residences the Palm on the Palm Jumeirah in Dubai is on the artificial palm island, more than 20 minutes away from the Atlantis Hotel on the Palm Jumeirah. The light rail station for island tours is also there. Next to the Atlantis Hotel, the transportation is convenient. The Wyndham Serviced Apartments provide attentive services, including fruit bowls and condolence cards, so that you can feel cordial with your guests. There are washing machines, electric stoves, refrigerators, microwaves, and pots in the apartment. The basins and bowls are equally accurate and convenient to use. The front desk of the building has a beautiful scenery. It is worth enjoying life there!

Hotel is nice and clean. Room was nice and tidy. Location is a bit remote especially if you're not driving or using taxis but that's a personal opinion based on personal needs. Staff's good, i personally had a good experience but i gave an average score as i think they can do a better job being a bit more welcoming when someone walks to the hotel reception and criticising customers in front of other customers even if they are unreasonable and not polite (as the one i've encountered). Just etiquette of a client facing role.

The hotel room was pretty nice and quite comfortable and spacious. However, on two occasions my friend and I spotted cockroaches in the hotel. Once at the breakfast area and once in our room. This easily altered our perspective of the hotel especially because it is a Hilton hotel. The manager of the hotel apologized, but said that they’ve never had such a complaint before. We both found it hard to believe that considering we spotted the roaches in two different areas of the hotel. The pictures attached are from a video clip taken of the roach we saw in the room. Makes me wonder where else there are roaches and how many there are in the hotel.
