The room was clean and hygienic, but there were two drawbacks: the soundproofing was too poor. We could hear the people in the next room talking and laughing loudly late at night. We complained to the housekeeper many times, but we were still woken up by the noise at 1 a.m.; the second point was that there was no hot water in Huasha. The housekeeper came up to adjust it and said it was hot water, but the temperature was probably around 20 degrees. I really couldn't accept it in the winter.

The service was exceptional – the staff were incredibly accommodating, always responsive to requests, and their WeChat replies were impressively prompt. For instance, when I mentioned I wanted tangyuan (Chinese glutinous rice balls), the kitchen staff went to town to purchase and prepare them for me. And after a hike, when my shoes were dirty, they even arranged for them to be dry-cleaned in town. I was incredibly touched by their thoughtfulness. They offer a wonderful array of activities like meditation, yoga, and guided hikes. I was particularly moved that even when I was the sole participant, the instructors and guides were still enthusiastic about conducting the activities as scheduled.🥹 The location is excellent, conveniently close to Mount Qingcheng. There's nothing more therapeutic than unwinding with a cup of tea and a book after a hike. It's the perfect escape for anyone needing to cleanse their mind and soul after spending too long in the city. My only minor suggestion would be to expand the lunch and dinner menus. For guests who don't eat spicy food, the current options felt a bit limited. Otherwise, I genuinely couldn't fault anything else. I will absolutely be returning! 🌹
