There is washing machine and dryer provided too. Service is good. Truly great value for the price."

"Extremely disappointing stay. 1) The shower pressure in the room was so low it was unusable. 2) The hotel wasted an hour that night failing to resolve the issue and offered to switch rooms in the early hours of the morning. I declined, opting to simply make do with a quick wipe-down. 3) I specifically asked the hotel to inspect and repair it the next day and to contact me during the day if a room change was necessary, but they never did. 4) The following evening, before showering, I called the hotel to confirm the water pressure was fine, but once in the shower, I found it was still too low to use properly. I called the front desk again, and they once again offered to send someone to check, then called back to apologize and offer a room change, but again, it was in the middle of the night. Considering I had an early start the next day, I declined again. 5) The clean towels had disgusting yellow stains and hair on them. 6) The restaurant staff had poor service awareness; they allowed other guests' children to run around the entire restaurant unchecked, yet they stopped a solo traveler pushing a carry-on suitcase (at the time, the restaurant had just opened for service, and there were only 3 groups of guests in a dining area that could accommodate over a hundred people)."

The terrace room I booked offered a fantastic view. The terrace door was thoughtfully equipped with a mosquito screen, allowing for ventilation while keeping insects out, and providing a direct river view. At night, I asked the housekeeper to light some sleep-inducing aromatherapy, ensuring a peaceful night's rest. When checking out, the staff even offered to help with my luggage, providing warm and attentive service. It was the perfect way to make the most of the last moments of my holiday bliss."

"Out of all the places we stayed during our trip, this was by far the most comfortable. The garden landscaping is incredibly well-designed, with all the plants and trees meticulously cared for. They have a pool and a hot spring, and I even discovered a mahjong room! All sorts of flowers are in full bloom, and waking up to the sound of birds chirping in the morning was delightful. I really wish we could have stayed a few more nights. It's close to the Panda Valley, and the owner was so thoughtful, driving us to the scenic area and dinner spots. I'm already planning to bring my family back to stay here next time."

"Every summer, when I take my kids to Sunac, this is our go-to hotel. We've stayed here many times. This visit, we upgraded to a family room, which was huge and the kids absolutely loved it. We just didn't have enough time to enjoy the bathtub. There's a staff member at the front desk available to answer any questions, and the lady, Xiaoxiao, was exceptionally kind. My child's height was just a little over the free breakfast standard, but she gave us a complimentary breakfast anyway. We'll definitely be back next year!"

"The hotel environment is lovely, truly feeling like a wonderland. The service was alright; requests were met, but some staff seemed unhappy and untrained. The aunt who made breakfast in the restaurant was wonderful and enthusiastically explained the ingredients. However, the room facilities were quite poor. The wooden floor was of cheap quality, comparable to a budget business hotel. The minibar wasn't great either. These were all somewhat tolerable. I had planned to upgrade my room and extend my stay for another night, but then I was told the Michelin-starred restaurant's chef was away for a business trip and wouldn't be back for two days. Then, things got even stranger: there was a power outage in the middle of the night, and when the power came back on around 4 AM, the TV turned on, all the lights flickered on, and the electric curtains opened by themselves. That night, I canceled my booking for the next day as I no longer wanted to stay. No one at the guesthouse bothered to explain the power outage, acting as if they knew nothing about it 🤷‍♀️"

The night before, I stayed at the Hampton by Hilton Longnan, Gansu, and had a very unpleasant experience at breakfast. Compared to the Hilton in Dujiangyan, the Longnan one is an absolute no-go forever! The front desk gentleman was enthusiastic and thoughtful, highly commendable. My child specifically mentioned that the coffee machine in the lobby is better than those in other hotels, and the breakfast is very rich. The housekeeping auntie was also warm and friendly. All in all, it's the top choice for families traveling with pets."

"Our stay in Dujiangyan was absolutely wonderful! The hotel is conveniently located near Qingcheng Bridge and right next to Kuiguang Pagoda. It's also very easy to drive to Mount Qingcheng from here. Mount Qingcheng is beautiful with lots of fresh air, perfect for a hike before coming back to rest. The room was spotlessly clean, and the mattress was incredibly soft and comfortable after a long day. We loved unwinding at night, watching shows on the Dangbei projector with the Tencent VIP membership. The service was excellent, and it offered great value for money. We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit Dujiangyan."
