The environment gets full marks, service gets full marks, and the check-in experience was superb! Mainly, it was incredibly clean, with a lovely scent greeting you upon entry. The swimming pool was a bit small, and the hot springs weren't fully experienced. Breakfast had a wide variety, but the taste could be improved. However, all these minor shortcomings were more than made up for by Yuna's service – so warm and attentive, always there to help 🫰. I'll definitely come back and look forward to our next encounter. 👇 The small courtyard in the room offered moments of tranquility, very comfortable. Thanks again to Yuna for her thoughtfulness!

We brought our kids here to play in the water, and the hotel's service and accommodations are really excellent now. They have packages for both water and snow activities, and ticket issuance is quick with great service. Because Ctrip couldn't book the same lake-view room for two nights, we booked two different rooms for two nights. The front desk, considering the hassle of us having to switch rooms, upgraded us directly. We had a wonderful stay for both nights 💕. A special thanks also to the staff member Xiaoxiao for her enthusiastic ticket support and children's care service. Thank you very much! 💕 We'll definitely come back next time 🤝

This hotel is excellent! My wife was initially worried it might be a bit old, being built in 2000, but the facilities are all in great condition and the service is super friendly. It's also within walking distance to the Water World, Meng Hui Qingcheng, and the ski resort!

During my trip to Bipenggou, I stopped in Dujiangyan and chose the Dujiangyan Sunac The Puli Hotel and Spa. The hotel's facilities are excellent, and the location is great, with a food street nearby. However, I was woken up by a doorbell around 1 AM. It turned out to be a staff member delivering takeout to the wrong room for another guest. I sincerely hope the hotel improves its training and management.

This package is such a great deal, the experience was really comfortable, I'll definitely be back next time! Booking accommodation and entertainment together was so convenient and hassle-free. The hotel breakfast was also very diverse with lots of choices. Our butler Xiaoxiao provided excellent service too, literally responding to messages instantly and always happy to help.

This is a great resort-style hotel with excellent facilities. The rooms are very spacious, and both the room service and front desk staff are highly efficient. The hotel is also very close to Panda Valley, though I wouldn't recommend visiting Panda Valley itself – it's a bit of a rip-off, in my opinion. The hotel breakfast is quite generous, but do note that children over 1.4 meters are charged for it.

This was my first time staying at this hotel, and I was lucky to choose a lake view room. It had a balcony with a stunning panoramic view. The weather in Mount Qingcheng wasn't too hot these past two days, and it even rained the night we stayed. The next day, after the rain cleared up, my family and I enjoyed a pleasant stroll by the lake after breakfast. It was so relaxing! My kids were also thrilled to see the black swans and fish in the lake. I added Manager Xiaoxiao's WeChat, and the service was excellent. I'll definitely be back! 😃

Facilities: This resort has everything you'd expect – a pool, hot springs, gym, and kids' play area are all available. Environment: Nestled by the mountains and water, the scenery is uniquely beautiful, and the lake-view rooms have a wonderful ambiance. Service: The service meets the standards of a well-known chain hotel. We had a concierge named Yuna who was very attentive. Thank you for the hospitality, we'll definitely be back!
