Positive experience overall:
Service was genuinely helpful, facilities clean, and food enjoyable.
Note for guests:иMost staff don't speak English, but they always find a colleague who can assist.
Recommendation: Install a translation app beforehand- it'll make communication smoother.
Despite the language gap, the team's effort to help was impressive! 👍

Very disappointed with the location and facilities of the hotel. The breakfast is very disappointing too. The most important thing - Noodles taste terrible. We decided to leave the hotel after a night although we had 2 nights booking. Kind of noisy because some construction in progress. Swimming pool is small and the hot spring is disappointing too.

Hotel is well maintained for a 5 year old property. Room is large and comfortable with a separate sitting area. Breakfast spread was also decent. Hot spring only has 1 pool opened but could be due to the late hours. Hotel is slightly further away from the main Dujiangyan scenic area, it is closer to the newly developed areas, though given absolute distance still possible to navigate. Staff was also friendly and helped with luggage on arrival and pre departure. Overall a good experience.

We enjoyed our short stay at the hotel. The room setup was good. The only two small problems we had were: the door gap was too large and allowed too much light to come into the room from the common hallway (horrible if you’re facing that direction while trying to sleep); and there isn’t a bathroom fan to get any bathroom smells out.

My stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. On the one hand, the location is fantastic. It's easy to access and close to many attractions. On the other hand, there were a few issues with the room. It had “a noticeable cigarette smell”, and the amenities in the bathroom were a bit strange. There was no shower gel, but I was given two bottles of shampoo and one conditioner instead.

Perfect room and awesome gym. Area and hotel was a bit empty. Maybe it was not the busy season. Street side of the hotel is too loud as it is very close to the highway. The garden/ like side was very nice though.
