The motel room is very new and clean. Owners are friendly and they gave us useful travel tips too.

the location is actually quiet a walking distant to the city and the Asian Supermarket was about 15mins away rather than the other guest review mentioning "nearby". Laundry has to paid for washer and dryer to the owner before usage, else can head towards nearby laundromart for a cheaper price. overall the room and amenities are ok, but the location of the hotel is next on the road side so you may missed the signboard once if you driving!

New and clean , spacious

New, friendly, clean and warm. I had a great sleep and the location was excellent (close to the University) The bed was super comfy reception was friendly. Can't fault this one.

The roses in this hotel are of very good quality and are bigger than fists. The room is also quite spacious, you can cook your own food (cook instant noodles), it is clean and tidy. Parking is also very convenient.

The room was very clean and large. There was no one there when we went there. A Chinese lady from the motel next door gave us the key. Parking was also very convenient. There was a convenience store nearby. I think it was pretty good.

Clean and tidy, with complete facilities and everything you need, the reception is very enthusiastic, and explained the delicious food and fun in Dunedin, including where to park in the city, very nice! A very satisfying stay experience! Will come again.

The room is new, clean, well-equipped and cost-effective. There are not many rooms like this in Dunedin. It is strongly recommended to book early. The hotel is located near the center of Dunedin. Dunedin is not big. It is not far from the hotel to the city center or Otago University. It must be within 20 minutes' walk.
