Common Inn Thao Dien Reviews

We stayed in a two-bedroom unit for two nights. The location is very convenient, with nice coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. There’s also a common area where you can eat and do laundry, which made the stay very comfortable.

Common Inn is a great place to station yourself to enjoy Thao Dien and Thu Duc on foot. It's also convenient to connect to downtown for food, drinks, and entertainment. The fifth floor has a great rooftop area with coffee, laundry, lounge, and coworking spaces. There is also 24 hour front desk service and the rooms have lots of well-placed outlets to stay charged up.

The room smells musty. It's not soundproof. I don't recommend it for a good night's sleep.

I stayed on the highest floor which is 4th. Above the floor is the rooftop and shared community room plus laundry room. The area is near all the hipster coffee shops and restaurants. Great budget hotel and stay. Was glad to be able to use the laundry and only cost 10k VND for laundry capsule. Note there is only one washer and one dryer but luckily I was the only one who was using it. Only minus was the shower not having a curtain. So the floor near the toilet gets a little wet. Overall great value for money in the lively Thao Dien area. I’ll be back!

Hotel quality’s is great despite price. Staff is accommodating friendly and helpful. Clean and comfy. Location is safe
