Excellent: clean and hygienic. very quiet. There is a razor. There is a girl at the front desk who speaks Chinese. Disadvantage: Can't do laundry.

The location is right at the entrance to Thao Dien, so the surrounding infrastructure is good. It was much cleaner than I thought, but the downside is that the soundproofing is very poor. You can hear all the sounds of people walking from above and opening and closing windows.
