The location is great, right on the shopping street and convenient to all attractions. I highly recommend this hotel. The room is warm and clean, it is convenient to travel, and the service staff is patient~

Had a great stay in this hotel, what made it stand out was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff from the concierge to the lady who welcomed us to breakfast 10/10. Breakfast was lovely something for everyone. Our only issue was the television in our room didn’t work but as we were there for one night didn’t impact our stay and reception said they’d send someone from maintenance to check it.

Was a lovely trip to Edinburgh, the hotel was lovely, bar was very expensive though so never used it. Breakfast was amazing

We had a fantastic time, celebrating a 30th birthday. I contacted the hotel in advance and they were kind enough to put balloons in the room and presented us with a selection of sweet goods in celebration shortly after we got to our room. The facilities were excellent, the hotel was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Every member of staff we spoke with made us feel welcome. Would happily stay again next time we come to Edinburgh.

very handy location for old town visit. Lots of restaurants but all full so early reservation necessary. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful.

Lovely hotel in the heart of old downtown Edinburgh. Matthew, the concierge was very helpful for anything we needed. Comfortable beds and rooms are well sized. The shower was that weird bathtub with a tiny piece of glass so you have to work very hard to not get water in the floor. Spa and pool area are quite small for the number of rooms in the hotel so try to visit in the morning or early afternoon to avoid overcrowding.

The hotel was lovely however the cleanliness of the room was debatable. It wasnt cleaned properly, there was rubbish left from a previous persons stay, bathroom was not wiped down properly and the room didnt look to have been hoovered. We mentioned this to the staff, Mr Hogg was very apologetic and took my details for their management meeting the following morning to ensure standards on cleanliness is improved. It looked as though it hand had a full deep clean in months or even a normal daily clean for a while. Overall the hotel is lovely and the staff were great just a shame the room was a let down. Tried add images to show but the link doesnt work.

Perfect location. Good breakfast. Comfortable beds and accommodating staff. Archie at the front desk was brilliant.

Over to celebrate our nephew's birthday who lives in Edinburgh

Due to a massive snowstorm I was unable to get from Inverness to Edinburgh. I attempted to cancel my reservation but the hotel refused so I lost two nights, costing me approximately $1000.00 Cdn. This hotel has no compassion in a situation I couldn’t control. I will never stay at a Raddison again and I hope others who read this will look elsewhere.
