That was a brilliant night, the reception was very enthusiastic, helped me a lot as well, the facility is new, and decoration is warm, the room was clean. Breakfast is served hush brown which is good.

Our house was poorly cleaned and stuff was not fully stocked. The room was small and not as nice as expected.

The hotel is ideally located close to the conference centre, and Prince's Street. The staff in the hotel are accommodating. The restaurant staff, however, had really slow service. The food is also not great. I'd recommend eating out. Breakfast, however was good.

very close to EICC, with 3 mins walk. Kind services and clean room. Delicious breakfast (I love their desserts, scrambled eggs and mushrooms). provide slippers and dental kits upon request.

Parking available at a discount rate about 10-15mins walk away.

I made my booking through Trip.com, where it was clearly stated that an extra bed could be added to our room for an additional charge of £30 per night. However, upon our arrival at the hotel, we were informed that the room we had booked did not accommodate an extra bed. Furthermore, we were told that a three-person room would incur an additional charge of £40 per night. The service is extremely terrible and I feel some kind of discrimination from some staff.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious with a range of choices to suit all palate. The Reception staff were friendly and dealt with issues with a high level of professionalism.

The hotel overall is quite ok. However, the courier is not helpful enough.
