Great hotel, great room, great location, friendly staff. Breakfast was great and fulfilling. They had various options, but I chose the full English breakfast which was delicious. The room was spacious and clean with lots of features and amenities. Very central location with easy access to the new town and the old town. The train station is 5 min walk from the hotel. I will definitely be staying at the Doghouse again.

Hands down one of the best hotels in terms of the thought that has gone into the rooms and facilities. Still/sparkling/coffee and pick and mix complimentary in the lobby was a great touch.
The food and beer are amazing too.
