"The staff were friendly and the check-in process was quick and convenient, but the parking fee of CAD 45 per day was unpleasant! Furthermore, valet parking was required, and there was a significant wait time to retrieve the car. The room felt small and the facilities were somewhat old, but thankfully it was clean. Distilled water was not provided, but it could be used for a fee. You also had to ask the staff for hot water. After staying two nights, the toilet wouldn't flush on the second night. It turned out that a broken part in the water tank had damaged the water tank, rendering it ineffective."

I had to find a hotel staff member to find a hand held remote control to turn it down. Was out a lot during the 2 day stay so over all was fine, the bed was comfortable, tv worked, room was clean, bathroom, etc."
