River Cree Resort and Casino
Home2 Suites by Hilton West Edmonton
"The hotel is ideally located to locations for downtown Edmonton and West Edmonton. The breakfast choice is very good for this standard of hotel. The rooms are spacious and general facilities are good such as gym and pool. There is no bar or food lounge but there are lots of restaurants nearby. What lets it down is that it is quite dated and looking a little wornout/tired. To some degree it is starting to look more Motel than Hotel and impressions are really important. In my view the rooms are in need of a modern renovation. Despite that I would stay again. I dont think it deserves the rating that it has on Trip.com and would put it at 7.5/10."

JW Marriott Edmonton Ice District
"We stayed here for our 15-year anniversary. It was a wonderful experience. Fred from guest services went above and beyond to help with a request to surprise my husband. All the staff were amazing - extremely, helpful and kind. It wasn’t a busy time so they were able to upgrade our room and brought us a bottle of champagne. We went to Alchemy where we had great drinks and excellent service."
Holiday Inn Express & Suites EDMONTON SW – WINDERMERE by IHG

Sandman Hotel Edmonton West
"The hotel is good and clean. The rooms are similar to what you see in the photos. Front desk staff is friendly. The rooms had an old coffee maker and the coffee is not the best. At some point they removed the old towels and didn’t replace them with new ones. Overall good experience."

Ramada by Wyndham Edmonton South
"Worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. Not only was the room not what we were expecting but we were locked out of our room multiple times. Housekeeping didn't even clean our room. When I went to get my keys programmed they told me to keep the key away from my phone no told them the key was in a completely different pocket and she says, "Ok" and shrugs as if it didn't matter. Get back to the room and upon entry see housekeeping didn't do our room. I called down for fresh towels and soap etc and they said I had to come back down from the 7th floor to get it. When I did they gave me two towels and two rolls of toilet paper. Said they couldn't give us soap/shampoo because housekeeping was closed. I expressed my frustrations about how housekeeping was on our floor when we left in the morning and now we've returned to shower attend an evening event. But now we can't wash because we don't have soap. She didn't do a thing about it. When I complained to Trip, you guys gave me $100 in credits and apologized for the experience. I asked if I could cancel my second night and go somewhere else but you said you had to contact the hotel manager and I would be notified the following day. I'm still waiting to hear from someone about it. Clearly the management give a ****. This was my first weekend with my wife without our kids in a very long time. She just wanted to relax after having major surgery and sit in a jet tub. We didn't get a jet tub. Just the runaround from the hotel staff. The bed was however, extremely comfortable. Photos below are the comparison from what we thought we were getting, to what we got. I will be burning the Ramada on Gateway Blvd on Yelp, Google, anything I possibly can. I will never stay there again. The management should comp us an executive suite at another location for this absolutely shitty experience.."
Four Points by Sheraton Edmonton West
"Excellent guest service, clean rooms, and good restaurant."
Delta Hotels Edmonton South Conference Centre
"If the food is important on your stay, this is the place to be. The option to have 7-12 breakfast or to extend until 2:30 with brunch is fantastic because you can wakeup late or do any other activity then straight to the restaurant. Both options are delicious, well stocked and prepared to perfection. We tried both the early breakfast and the brunch. Based on the good experience, we decided to try the restaurant bar at night. Same story, good food. Another common thing you'll find is the hospitality and the good mood for every single staff. Is a well notice thing which sometimes is not common. The rooms are quiet and if you get in the upper level, the view can add an extra. We're in Edmonton usually two times a year. Definitely we'll come back here"
Hilton Garden Inn West Edmonton
"The hotel is great overall, but it’s a shame that the hot tub is broken. Saw from previous reviews that it was already out of order for quite a while, looks like the hotel is not planning on fixing it. Other than that, the hotel is great price!"
Delta Hotels Edmonton Centre Suites
"very nice 👍"
Holiday Inn EDMONTON SOUTH - EVARIO EVENTS by IHG
