Days Inn by Wyndham Edmonton Downtown ★★★
"Good value for money, quiet location in downtown with many restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Air conditioning does not work too well. Fitness center is tiny and claustrophobic. 40-min bus ride to West Edmonton Mall."
DoubleTree by Hilton West Edmonton ★★★★
"Pros: EV Charging: Great to find third-party L2 chargers on-site ($2/hr, added about 40km range per hour). Very convenient for EV owners. Cleanliness: The main room area was generally clean and well-maintained. Cons: Housekeeping Fail: When preparing the sofa bed, I found the provided bedsheet had a massive hole right in the middle. I tried calling guest services multiple times but no one answered. I eventually had to hunt down a housekeeping staff member in the hallway to get a fresh sheet. Breakfast Frustration: My booking clearly included breakfast for myself and my two children. However, the restaurant staff insisted it was only for two people and made me go to the front desk to resolve it myself. It was an awkward and unnecessary hassle during a family trip. Tipping Pressure: After the breakfast confusion and mediocre food quality, being presented with a $0 receipt that explicitly prompts for tips felt like a cash grab. Verdict: While the hardware (charging, cleanliness) is decent, the service and communication between the front desk and the restaurant need major improvement. I shouldn't have to "prove" my booking status or chase staff for basic linens."
Matrix Hotel ★★★★
"Very good"
Edmonton Hotel & Convention Center Edmonton ★★★
"Great hotel"
Home2 Suites by Hilton West Edmonton ★★★
"This is a fantastic place! The hosts are super friendly and welcoming. Plus, the environment is great! Btw, it’s close to the WEM."
Chateau Lacombe Hotel ★★★
"Its a good place with what i payed. No complaints."
Sandman Signature Edmonton Downtown Hotel ★★★
"The hotel is located in downtown, and you can park for free in the underground parking lot. The hotel decoration is quite old, and there are few sockets in the room. There is only one socket except in the bathroom. The cleaning is average, and the pillows are high, which makes it uncomfortable to sleep. This is a rare chain hotel that does not even provide bottled water."
Holiday Inn Express & Suites EDMONTON SW – WINDERMERE by IHG ★★★
"Good location. Easy to commute. Easy access to food"
Travelodge by Wyndham Edmonton South ★★
"Service was good. The room was really old, Tv did not work the whole time and the reception could not fix it. Overall, was surprised how worn out the room was… in a bad way. Oh yes, and breakfast was 3/10."
