The hotel is worth this price. 4* with nice staff, good location in a quiet area, nice swimming pool and tasty breakfast. The pool bar is ok, it's a pity that there is no local choice for lunch at the restaurant.
Room spacious, with the balcony. AC inside and the locker in the wardrobe.
Cleaning each day. Really nice place. Hope to be back one day :)

Renovated but comfortable hotel, you have everything you may need in the surroundings: Supermarket, restaurant area, the beach in front is not good because the shore is rocky. But 2 minutes by car you have the cove of "La Concha", a small, very comfortable beach.
The breakfasts are normal, the cleaning is oknormal and the hotel has no activity. So it's quiet, don't expect anything to party or go out.
If you get a good price I recommend it.

This was our third visit to the hotel and it was as fabulous as ever. We were made to feel very welcome, and Marco and Jessica are so lovely on reception, always happy to help. Our room 2312 was wonderful overlooking the pool. The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable beds. The housekeeping team are amazing, they keep the hotel spotless. The buffet breakfast is lovely, with great choice of food and drink options, and the manager who I think is called Jorda and his restaurant team work so hard. The hotel has a very relaxing feel and the pool area is fabulous. We loved the free pool towel service this time. Great location for the beaches, and only a short stroll into the village. We love this hotel and will be returning very soon!

The hotel on the whole is nice with a good choice of breakfast and friendly staff. However, continuous weevils in the room which made me feel sick and constant construction noise outside the hotel is not relaxing. The whole area seems to have been ruined by construction - the largest site being right outside the hotel, blocking any chance of sea views. There is no nice scenery - walk a little further up the road and the place resembles the Gaza *****. As I said, the whole area has been OBLITERATED by construction. The place looks like it has been bombed. Unless you are a surfing fanatic, there is literally nothing to do. I would not recommend this area at all. To add insult to injury, the final nail in the coffin for this place is that the hotel would not offer a courtesy room after checkout at 12 so we both had to use the one shower in the ladies toilet and I had to try and dry my hair under a hand dryer in the hotel toilets. I know for a fact there were other free rooms that could have been provided as courtesy until our pick up at 3:30 but none were offered. Poor show. Also, there are some maintenance workers and painters using scaffold in the hotel and as if the constant construction and dust is not enough outside the hotel, on several days there was drilling and banging inside the hotel while you try to relax beside the pool. Unfortunately, as I said, unless you are a surfer, you cannot escape to the beach as there are no beds and no shade so you might just burn to a crisp - and that will be after you have walked past the 3 huge construction sites and the bombed out road. No picture postcard scenery here. My advice is: Avoid. I shall be writing to Love Holidays, who I booked with to inform them that this should not be sold as a holiday destination.

Arrived for 4 days in the cotillo beach hotel. This was our third stay and again enjoyed every single moment. The bedrooms are modern and comfy. They are cleaned every day so stay fresh. The large pool is lovely to swim in and the poolsides have sunshine and shade depending on which you prefer. The staff are helpful and friendly, also the buffet breakfast is perfect to start the day. A great place to stay for the beach and harbour with many excellent restaurants.

Myself & hubby stayed at Hotel Coral Cotillo Beach for a week in Feb 2025 & 2 weeks over April/May 2025. I really enjoyed the stay on both occasions. This is a really lovely hotel with very nice staff. The rooms are very comfortable & cleaned thoroughly every day. The pool area is very comfortable.. lots of sunbeds available & pool itself is excellent. Great pool bar with reasonably priced drinks & food . Breakfast is plentiful… huge choice & restaurant staff are very friendly & helpful. The resort of El Cotillo is a quiet relaxing resort with a hippy vibe- lots of surfing. 2 great beaches a few minutes walk from hotel . Lovely bars & restaurants in the old harbour town. There is construction across the road from the hotel but to be honest it did not impact on our stay as we had a pool room view & did not hear any noise from the construction site. No hesitation in recommending this hotel.

My husband and I wanted a quiet place with a pool, good food and nice rooms. This hotel delivered more then our expectations. Hotel spotless, staff happy and friendly, pool exceptional as always a range of sun loungers, sunbeds and tables available. It never seemed busy even though it was the Easter holidays. The pool is really large and a great shape so plenty of room and areas for all and for a lengthy swim. Great pool bar. Towels available daily from reception. Our room again was spotless with daily maid service replenishing tea, coffee, loo rolls etc. Tv in room had about 5 English channels (news, films etc) which was enough for us. We liked the design of this hotel as industrial meets rustic decor. I've left the restaurant till last as I cannot praise the food enough. We are foodies and cook everything from scratch... no fast food or processed rubbish in our house. The food in the restaurant was fabulous. There was everything. From international dishes i.e. Paella, pasta, marinaded kebabs skewers, roasted and casseroled meats, Asian, Indian, fresh roasted veg, various potatoes, rice etc etc. Then there was the salad bar, cold meats and cheeses, olives, various salads, fresh fruit i.e. figs, dates, pineapple etc. Bread of every variety with jams, honey, fruit preserves. Dessert station with cakes, fruit pies, ice cream, chocolate everything. Anyone who complains about the food here needs to hire a villa with a private chef as the value is exceptional. There is building work ongoing but we couldn't here it much from the pool so it didn't bother us. El Cotillo village is small and rustic with a wild coastline great for surfers. There is a scattering of restaurants and bars with an easy relaxed vibe. It is a small place but nice for a walk to watch the sun set. Its not a pretty place as its a real place not a tourist haunt and most of the building work is looking like apartments so shouldn't change the rustic vibe of the place. We will definitely be back when we need a chilled rest in a lovely hotel somewhere quiet. We travelled with EasyJet on a package and it was seamless from start to finish.

This was our 3rd visit and we loved it as much as ever. Marco managed to get us our favourite room after a couple of days and we were very grateful. Gregorio on reception always greeted us with a smile and hello . A great addition to the team is Renny the fitness trainer. We enjoyed his classes and chatting to him. We love El Cotillo but our only concern is that when the apartments opposite open the hotel will be much busier around the pool as they will have access. At present it is a lovely quiet place and the building work will not affect you if you have a pool view room. We still discover new local restaurants after 3 years and the beaches are fabulous.

Our first time in Fuerteventura and we were so pleased to have chosen Cotillo, a pretty coastal town with the most gorgeous beach, but also delighted with the hotel where we stayed for 10 nights. We found it exceptional value for money (about £75 a night for the room plus around £9 each if you wanted breakfast - and a great breakfast it was), a high standard of cleanliness in the rooms and everywhere, a gorgeous big pool with lots of space, a great fitness class choice if you wanted that (I did 2 and they were excellent) and a very good location to reach both town and beach. Yes there was construction work at the front but there was little noise and within a road or 2 you were past it so it didn’t spoil our enjoyment at all. We’d love to come back :)

First and foremost this hotel has a NO SMOKING policy, smoking on your balcony is not even permitted. Considering the size of the hotel the restaurant is small in comparison, because of this food choices were very limited and very repetitive. I found the staff not overly friendly. The hotel room was lovely, I was overlooking the pool which was a great size with ample sunbeds and even double sunbeds with cushions, very comfy! I found El Cotillo itself very lacking in things to do or see but if you are after a relaxed chilled break this is the place for you. Although I had a lovely break I will not be visiting Fuerteventura again as my lasting impression of most of the island is graffiti and construction sites

We had an excellent stay at this hotel for 7 nights. The location is just a short walk from the local beach and town. Staff are welcoming and helpful, breakfast selection was very good and the hotel and rooms in general are very clean. In spite of ongoing building works directly in front of the hotel there was minimal impact as we had a pool view room. The hotel seems relaxed and surprising quiet even though it was fully booked - breakfast is busy but staff are efficient at clearing tables and there is a sunny poolside bar open during the day and another larger bar open in the evenings. El Cotillo is easy to get around on foot and there are some great restaurants in the old town area overlooking the ocean. We would definitely like to return again for another relaxing week away. Thank you to all the Coral Cotillo Hotel team!

What a fabulous hotel. From the moment I arrived i was made to feel welcome, whether it would be a lovely smile from Jessica on reception every time i passed her or the sweet ladies (and men) who serviced the rooms. My holiday was made very special. My room was upstairs 2331 and huge with a lovely big balcony and sun all afternoon.. Lovely comfy beds, spacious bathroom and powerful shower. The breakfast was the best buffet I have ever seen. I can't even start to list the options available, even down to Prosecco to make a Bucks Fizz. They have thought of everything here. There is daily activities in and around the pool, which for once when it said heated pool, it actually was. There was no sunbed rush as there are plenty, even some stacked up in reserve. As for the building work, there was very little noise and the beautiful beach with white sand and turquoise lagoons is only a short walk away should there be any noise. There are lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance and being a solo female traveller I felt so very safe there. This hotel is one of the nicest hotels I've had the fortune of staying in. My only gripe and if I am nitpicking, is that the aircon display is a bit too bright during the night but that's down to preference. Would I stay here again....absolutely. it was my first visit to Fuerteventura and it exceeded expectations.
