I really love this hostel! The host is very kind and nice English user. Nothing was inconvenient. I visited here with my daughter. We enjoyed talking with guests from all over the world.

I'm misled by trip. com on the presentation of the room being booked. I remember I booked a single room, but turned out was doom. Be careful on the description. Don't expect too much on the onsen. It's really very small.

I chose a good value accommodation on the first day of my trip, but I had such a great experience that it was a disappointing one-night stay, but it was an unforgettable first day. The hostel owner and his wife were very friendly and I would like to visit again. It was a really enjoyable place that I could visit alone.

Passionate and attentive, they even sang a song for us when we checked out, which left an unforgettable impression.

I was truly so happy and happy. This is an accommodation that really understands the needs of travelers! The accommodation is so beautiful, and it even has a 24-hour hot spring..!! What I liked most was the meals provided by the accommodation, which were so delicious. I would like you to request both breakfast and dinner. Feels like I'm at a country house^^ The breakfast was cute, so it was worth a try! I strongly remember the guitar being played to me when I checked out. Thank you for giving me a ride to Yufuin Station and telling me about good restaurants! I couldn’t go to the hot springs because I was scared. Haha. It would be nice if there was a small refrigerator in the room! We shared it and couldn’t use it because it was small! The bathroom is also shared^^ The toilet and sink are separate on the second floor! We found it when we checked out..ㅜ We didn't know so we took the stairs in the early morning. It would be nice to have a refrigerator at least on the second floor!

The private rooms with tatami mats are clean and comfortable, the public bathrooms are clean and sanitary, and the hot spring pavilion is small, but it is still very comfortable when there are not many people. The location is a little far from the business district, but the inn provides two buses to the city and the train station in the morning. The host and hostess bid farewell to their guests by playing guitar and singing "Country Road."

It's a good value for money place. The owner couple is friendly and the food is delicious like Japanese home-style food. It was a good experience.

The water was so good and the boss showed me around at night and it was so nice. I've stayed at other expensive lodgings, but the bath water here was better. The room was a bit cold. The home-cooked rice was also delicious. Thank you boss!

There was a surprise when I left in the morning. A very simple couple opened a travel hotel with a great a**osphere.

It's in the mountains, so walking with luggage is absolutely not recommended. Take a taxi! It costs 950 yen from the station to the accommodation. If I were to write about the rest of the accommodation, it would be very romantic. It seems like the soundproofing is a bit poor, but I wonder where I could experience the guitar performance and sports day that the owner sings when I check out, if not here!

We really enjoyed our stay here no doubt about it. The hostel was very clean and the onsen was just lovely. Private room was also nice and inexpensive. However if you have difficulty sleeping like I do please be advised that the walls are very thin! There are earplugs on sale at the hostel please bring eyemask! Also be prepared for lots of loud noises from 8am! Staff literally shouting and using the vacuum cleaner. So if you want to relax until check out I don't think this is the place. We enjoyed the owner singing to us as we left very nice touch

Terrific hostel located in a really nice, laid back town. Owners went out of their way to make you feel welcome. I chose to have breakfast and dinner and it is great value for money as the food was delicious. Would highly recommend staying here. I am 56yo and have not stayed at a hostel in about 20 years, but this hostel was full of lovely people.
