The service is great, every staff member is very kind and responsive with a smile. Mount Emei is humid, and the children's pants cannot be dried, so the staff helped us to dry them. One thing that makes me very embarrassed is that my child is young and not used to traveling far away. He has a little gastrointestinal disorder and accidentally defecated in a place that is not a bathroom. After telling the staff about this, the staff did not dislike it, but kept comforting us, and then called the cleaning aunt to clean up. I also sincerely apologized to the cleaning aunt for causing trouble to the hotel. Emei is still a bit cold during the National Day holiday. The big bed upstairs came with a bathtub, and the living room downstairs had chess and cards. I played cards, soaked in hot springs, and visited Mount Emei. This vacation was very pleasant. I liked the room very much. There are many health-preserving pools transformed from hot spring pools, five-element soup, and beautiful environment. There are gyms, amusement parks, sweat steaming, salt baths, etc., all of which are fully equipped in this one-stop experience.

Arrived at 1pm, but was not allowed to check in until 2:40pm because the room was not cleaned. Apparently there was a communication problem between the front desk and the housekeeping. This is the first time I have encountered a five-star hotel without welcome fruit. The room is relatively large, the facilities are standard, there is no Internet TV, and the rooms not facing the street are quiet. The breakfast is relatively rich, but it is not as good as Hengmai. Convenient to travel, with free pick-up service. I was not happy when I checked in, so the overall impression is not good.

It is very, very, very good. It is at the foot of the scenic area. Building 5 is outside the hotel, and the transportation is very convenient. The hotel also has butler service. From check-in to check-out, they are very enthusiastic and explained some precautions for going up the mountain. The breakfast is rich and varied, and the taste is great. It is a very good experience. Next time I come to Mount Emei, Hongzhushan Forest Hotel is the first choice. It is a very good resort! Very satisfied 😀

Not what I expected. It's like a residential complex which has been turned into a hotel/resort. The room what very comfortable. Fancy toilet, nice shower, washing machine and a place to sit and read. I didn't get my mountain view, but even if I did the clouds obscured it. The staff on reception and front desk along with housekeeping were great and went out their way to help. However the restaurant staff were not very keen in helping due to the language barrier. They need to be told that speaking louder in Chinese won't make me understand any better. That aside I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again.

I thought Lingxiu Hot Spring Hotel was a very old hotel, but in fact, although it is a bit old, it is still quite exquisite and not shabby. The front desk staff is very friendly. The date was wrong, and the staff said that the time can be changed. Although this hotel has been around for a long time, it has always had a good reputation. I want to give a special praise that my mobile phone got soaked in water while soaking in the hot spring, and I couldn't find the hair dryer in the room. The service staff helped me point out where it was, and the service attitude was very nice. I will choose this place to take my family to soak in the hot spring in the future. The rooms in this hotel are also very hygienic, and the floor carpets are spotless without any debris. A portion of Linjiang eel shreds was also given when I checked in, which tasted good and very Emei. The hot spring is very comfortable. It was my first time to soak in a hot spring, and I can't swim. The water level here is very suitable and the temperature is OK. There are also many lifeguards watching next to it. There are also milk tea and white fungus for sale, and there is a constant temperature swimming pool. Anyway, there are many hot springs and you can choose the temperature yourself. The service is also amazing. Great.
