Lovely hotel. Particularly liked their family room which is perfect for a couple with a young child. Room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Good breakfast too. Staff were helpful. Located close to Baoguo bus station where you can get the sightseeing bus up to the golden summit.

I booked this resort because of the hot spring. December season was super cold and this hot spring was just nice to keep our body warm. The breakfast have a lot of variety. This resort is very near to the Emershan tourism centre about 10mins walk. Besides, a lot of restaurants along the road side. If you lazy to walk, you may grab into the resort just like us. The grab will deliver the food into your door step. Overall, worth to stay

The pick-up service is in place. Hotel staff Geng Shuang is responsible for reception. He introduced me to a lot of local food and transportation along the way. He is very warm and sincere. The hotel room layout is reasonable. It is quiet. The breakfast is rich. There are also many takeaways nearby. It is very close to Baoguo Temple Station. It takes about 5 minutes to walk.

First: I always stayed in Building 1 every time I came here before. This time I booked a so-called lucky bag room in Building 2, with a choice of hot spring breakfast and 2 choices. As a result, when I checked in, I found that the same room type cost 29 yuan more and included two breakfasts and hot springs. This lucky bag room cannot be refunded directly, which is really embarrassing. Second: No wonder Building 2 is cheaper than Building 1. You have to walk through a long corridor to take a hot spring bath. The weather is indeed a bit cool. Secondly, the air conditioner in the room was turned on for a long time and the temperature was adjusted to 30℃, but it was still chilly. It didn't work. I contacted the housekeeper and asked the elder sister to come and see that we operated it correctly. It was the only way. It was not until we checked out that it was slightly better. Third: I wanted to boil some water to drink as soon as I checked in. I picked up the water cup and saw that it was probably because I didn't pay attention when I washed it. There were stains. After contacting the housekeeper, the elder sister came to replace it quickly. To sum up my experience of staying here, the service is excellent. The attitudes of the front desk, the cleaning ladies on the floors, and the doorman are all very good. However, the hardware is a bit lame. For example, the chaise longue in the room is pilling. The management should pay attention to some details.

It is very close to the passenger transport center, about 100 meters away. There are restaurants on both sides of the entrance, with many dining options. It is also convenient to equip your equipment in advance on snowy days. The room is large, but the sound insulation is average. If the room is close to the elevator, you can hear a lot of noise. It happens that the upstairs is also quite noisy, so the experience is average. The hot water comes quickly, and there are not many types of breakfast, but the egg fried rice is very delicious.

The hotel is newly opened this year. The hotel environment is good and the facilities are very new. There is free parking in the hotel and you can play mahjong for free. The young lady and elder sister at the front desk provided very good service. They gave us a welcome fruit and enthusiastically explained to us the travel guide to Mount Emei and the specialties of Emei. The hotel is very close to the visitor center, next to Baoguo Temple and the museum, and it is very quiet here. I am very satisfied with my stay and will come again next time.

The breakfast was also very rich, and it was considerate to consider that everyone could sleep in after climbing the mountain and soaking in the hot spring until 10 o'clock. There is winter health tea in the lobby, and the waiter also sent milk in the evening. It happened that my family was uncomfortable climbing and didn't want to eat. The May Day family went on a trip and booked multiple room types at his house. Each room type was very large. It was worthy of being a suite hotel. It was in a villa resort with a good environment and a good location. The front desk, rooms, and restaurants are all decorated in a warm and elegant manner, low-key luxury, clean and bright. Everything was absolutely excellent! The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful. They even cooked us some noodles for dinner when it was raining outside and we didn' want to leave the hotel.
