Good place to stay and dine, but a bit funny and on some issues waiting for an update. The rooms are good, but he carpet makes it a bit smelly when you enter, as if it is not clean - but it is just this stuffy impression. Our balcony overlooked the parking and the town and road were a bit noisy. Not too bad. The restaurant is great, very nice menu and apparently good staff preparing it, the breakfast next morning was also good, despite the temporary setting due to work to be done. Also nice the bar and the garden!

Beautiful hotel, very welcoming. The location on the edge of town was awesome for my usual late night walk, the neighbourhood is very cosy and quiet. The family room we stayed in was spacious and provided enough luxury. The beds were comfy and the bathroom with tub was clean and pretty. Breakfast was delicious and the restaurant is really beautifully decorated. All in all a wonderful experience.

Nice, clean rooms, good parking infront of the hotel. Quite easy to find and in a good location. Comes with a resturant for supper and breakfast. (Not included in the price) Great service and kind staff. Would recommend if coming to Emmen. We have been there two times and they let us change location of the rooms so we were not next to the main road. The breakfast is nice and has alot of diffrent options. We did not try the resturant for supper. I would say it was quite nice. 8/10.

Great hotel, clean, with free parking available. Very friendly staff and excellent customer service from the owners as well. The hotel also offers a cosi bar and restaurants with delicious cocktails and food. The room was spacious and clean. Bike rentals are also available.

I have many times at Hotel Ten Cate. It is always a pleasurable experience. The staff is very customer focused and professional. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable. The hotel has a very nice restaurant with excellent food, as well as a great selection of crafted cocktails. Whether travelling for business or pleasure your stay will be enjoyable.

Check in was friendly, excellent customer service and very helpful. Great room which was cool. At check in it was very hot but air-conditioning was running in the room. Both breakfast and diner were excellent. Great diversity, friendly staff. If you look for a stay in Emmen hotel ten Cate is the place to be.
