The TownHouse Mykonos

Just got back from an absolutely amazing week at the Townhouse - cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. It is a lovely boutique hotel a very short walk from the harbour and town centre, but still undisturbed by noise at night. We were lucky enough to stay in the Townhouse Villa and the rooms were beautiful and always in pristine condition. The Skybar is fabulous - the cocktails, entertainment and views of the sunset and surrounding area were fantastic every night. The staff were all very friendly and attentive - thanks especially to Anthony who always managed to find us seats in the Skybar if we had forgotten to book in advance…special mention has to also go to Smaragda (the beautiful general manager) and Pantelis at reception, who both went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. They are the people to ask for top tips for places to eat, best beaches, places to visit and made all the reservations for us accordingly. I highly recommend a day trip sailing to Delos and Rhenia - may seem a bit pricey but is worth every penny. Overall a really lovely trip and most of the credit for that has to go to the staff at this hotel - they are all wonderful. Thank you!

Please BEWARE when booking this hotel. Customer service is horrific and they have taken £8,090 without authorization. I booked multiple rooms for friends to celebrate my 50th birthday 26-30th July and it clearly said that payment was 'pay at property'. Each person would pay their part at check in but on 28th June payments totaling £8,090 were taken from the card uses to secure the reservation. When querying this ********** who we booked with they have confirmed the money shouldn't have been taken but that I need to get the hotel to refund the money back. Having called the hotel on numerous occasions and spoken to Esmerelda I have been told that they believe they can take the money despite the T&C's. A total disgrace. Spent hours trying to sort this and have no money now to go on holiday on my actual birthday. Who would want to go to this hotel for their birthday after this experience?

The TownHouse is a charming property conveniently located inside the gates of Mykonos Town. Walking distance to winding whitewashed alleyways and Little Venice bars and restaurants. The staff is extremely accommodating and do everything to make sure you stay is a pleating one. Special shout-out to Anthony at the front desk who was amazing at helping us organize transfers to venues outside Mykonos Town and also made great recommendations and offered to make reservations as well. He ensured they our transfers ran smoothly and everything was communicated effectively. Thank you Anthony! :-) I am sorry I don’t remember the rest of staff names but they were all wonderful carrying our bags all the way to the gate of Mykonos Town to board our transfer to the airport. Everyone was genuinely concerned with our experience. If you want a conveniently located property in the heart of Mykonos Town that has more amenities than renting an Airbnb in the same area, then don’t hesitate to book this beautiful property. Can’t wait to visit them again when stopping through Mykonos!

Just leaving The Townhouse and we are honestly sad to go! Fantastic hotel in the best location right in the main square. Incredible rooms , immaculately clean and exceptionally well appointed. Finally, what an incredible team, so kind, helpful and full of fantastic tips and recommendations to make the most of our time here. They all absolutely made our stay unforgettable, thank you all! A truly fabulous hotel in a beautiful place! Highly recommend.

The best costumer service I received in a very long time. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left every single member of staff was incredibly attentive and caring for our experience in the Island and the gorgeous hotel. The room was impeccable, the design was very chic, the bed was very confortable and the views were gorgeous! Right in front of the old port. Location wise it was a bliss, walking distance from the best places in town. Having breakfast every morning overlooking at the sea was incredible, food and service again magnificent. And one of the best things was the sunset bar! You cannot miss that one… Best memories in the island. This will be my place to go every year mow in Mykonos.

Don’t be fooled by pictures! No pool, No view of water and walk to hotel was horrible . When get to Hotel after walking down a pebble road for 5 minutes you have to walk again up 20 sets of stairs to get to the front desk and 20 more to just get to room !

The rooms are too small. The showers are open which is not ideal with friends staying together. Everything is upstairs. No elevator. It’s a block from the nearest taxi stop . The rooftop bar they brag about is open 3 hours only from 6-9pm. The staff is very friendly which is why for any stars. The pics are deceiving - there’s no pool.

We were recommended this place by guests at our hotel and we absolutely loved it! This wonderful bar has the most amazing views over Mykonos and it’s the perfect place to watch the sunset sipping a delicious cocktail. No minimum spend, great cocktails and friendly staff. They had a very talented singer that entertained as well. Went back a couple of times as we enjoyed it so much.

Again, on the front near to the old port, it's definitely a visit at sunset. This lady can sing, the staff are friendly and fun. Two bars mid range and roof top, side entrance. The toilets are very clean. Watch your step when going to the roof bar!! Cocktails 🍸 are to perfection. Great views, great night. 🍻 🍻 👏 ✌️
