it is said that this is pets friendly hotel,but it is not.dogs are allowed only in the room,not in the restaurant,nor on the balcony,even in the lobby of the hotel.this is not normal in pets friendly hotel,that you pay for your animal.

The bed in the room is average, the service at the front desk is okay, the food in the hotel stayed for 2 days anyway, I didn't choose enough to eat

Çok memnun kaldım temiz ve kaliteli. Kahvaltısı ***et güzeldi.

Çalışanlar ve mutfak personeli çok iyiydi.

It is a good hotel. The staff are very friendly and know their job well. It location is a problem. You need to have a car to go around. Far away from the city center. The room is very clean, but the internet unfortunately is very bad. I had to use the hotspot in my phone to send an email. Spa runs by an independant company. The changing room is awful and the towel I got was peeling off from the edges. Merlot was cheaper and far better.

Great friendly attentive staff. Great in house restaurant. Close to cafes, restaurants and public transport.

Ac did not work at all in room that I was assigned . Eventually I got a room change but it took too much time & effort on my part !! Otherwise, it was a good experience & for the price a great value

Everything was great about this hotel. From that location to the staff to the room size to the cleaning and hygiene. One of the best hotels in Eskişehir.

5 yaşındaki kızımız ile 1 gece konakladık. Otel temiz, çalışanlar ilgili. Çocuk için katlanır yatak yerleştirilmişti ve ***et uygundu. Çift kişilik yatağın boyutları da güzeldi. Odamızda terlik ve yorgan eksikti, hemen ilgilenip getirdiler. Banyo tuvalet temiz, sıcak suda sorun yoktu. Sigara içilmemiş odaydı ve oldukça ferahtı. Otopark doluydu ama etrafta aracı parkedecek bolca yer vardı. Çocuklar için boyama kitabı ve yapboz vermeleri ince bir düşünceydi.
