GGuest User服務員處理問題的速度還是很快的 再説説其他的體驗 這次馬桶這種硬件設施居然是壞的沒法沖水 本來想着換一間因為凌晨十二點太晚了就算了 第二天上大號還是跑回家上的 本來這種問題酒店應該提前避免 而不是等顧客入住了顧客自己去找到問題 之前入住也是凌晨已經沒有路燈了 開車進酒店停車場磕到了車底盤 入住給酒店前台説了 前台説是已經有很多顧客反應了反應也沒解決 而且我打電話詢問酒店停車場的時候為什麼不提醒一下客人

XXiaoxiangfeihu房間配套齊餘，整齊乾淨，不足之處是掛衣架太舊，看着不爽。早餐品種豐富，就餐環境很好。尤其值得説的是，火神木站出站有5路公交車到酒店門口（鴛鴦塔站下）。酒店門口的4路公交車到二郎山景區。神木的的士是不打表的，從火車站打車到酒店20元，拼車15元。目前沒有網約車。

CCDVMThe room is spacious and clean, with no smoking smell. The service staff at the front desk and the restaurant on the 4th floor are very friendly and the service is excellent. The food in the restaurant looks and tastes very good. The hotel is only a few minutes' drive from Erlang Mountain Scenic Area, which is very convenient.

AAnonymous UserThe room was very good and the facilities were a bit old. There are 2 bottles of water in the room, and I will not give it again. Other hotels generally will give it if you want to go. It is inevitable that it is a big hotel in a small county, but it will be very stingy.
