I stayed in this hotel on a business trip and was pleasantly surprised by the service. As soon as I walked in with my suitcase, I was shocked by the grand lobby. When I checked in, they poured me some warm black tea. I felt embarrassed. There were some small refreshments opposite the bar for guests to try. They asked me if I had any room needs. They upgraded me. The floor I was assigned was also very high. From the room, I could see most of the city of Yongkang! They also gave me some fruits and snacks! The service staff were very enthusiastic and greeted me proactively along the way. It made me feel like I had many friends in a strange city. The breakfast was also very good and rich! I stayed for several days in a row, and the aunt even took the initiative to wash the smelly socks I changed! I was a little flattered. I don’t know how to express it, so I wish everyone in your hotel happiness in this comment section! I wish your hotel a long-lasting prosperity! Thank you

GGuest UserWhen staying at this hotel, the front desk staff was enthusiastic and efficient during the check-in process. They smiled throughout the whole process. The layout design was very reasonable, the bed was moderately soft and hard, and the support and comfort of the mattress were just right. I slept until I woke up naturally, and the sleep quality was great! The bed sheets and quilt covers are white and clean, and you can smell a light, fresh fragrance. The supporting facilities in the room are also very complete, and the toiletries are of high quality and very comfortable to use. What surprised me most was the hotel's service. They also provided snacks. The hotel's high-quality service and comfortable room environment made my stay comfortable and safe. Next time I go on a business trip or travel, I will choose here without hesitation and strongly recommend it to my friends!

On check in you receive a coffee voucher which I immediately spend in the Hotel coffee shop.
When I checked out, and needed to wait for my transport to show up, I was offered another coffee from the hotel coffee shop.
The coffee shop, which serves excellent coffee, also serves as breakfast restaurant.
Good choice of food and again a clean and modern layout. (has an interesting space saving set-up of the tables.)
The only thing, probably only noticeable by foreigners, is the height of the benches and couches in the hotel.
It feels like sitting on the floor. (A bit too low for my taste)
