The room was spacious and the color scheme was very comfortable. However, the bathroom floor was quite slippery when wet, which felt a bit dangerous. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic. We stayed for two nights but were only given water once, which seemed a bit unreasonable, especially since the hotel wasn't cheap. It feels a bit petty to complain about two bottles of water, but still...

I really loved this hotel. It's a new, cozy hotel. The room was spacious, well-designed, and very clean. They provide all toiletries except toothbrushes, including slippers. They also offer two bottles of water and a kettle. The front desk staff spoke fluent English and were very friendly and polite. Free parking is available. The hotel restaurant's dinner menu didn't have many options, but the food was delicious. Expect to pay over 30 euros per person. The breakfast was more extensive than other 4-star hotels, and they even had a juicer so you could make your own fresh juice. There are a few restaurants within walking distance. A short drive will take you to some restaurants on the hilltop with beautiful views. All of this information was patiently provided by the lovely lady at the front desk. The hotel is a 30-minute bus ride to the Florence Cathedral. The last picture is a note from the hotel manager recommending four other hotels within their group, suggesting a consistent high standard of management.

The rooms were clean and hygienic, and the entire villa hotel had a nice enclosed layout. Even though it wasn't in the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone), it didn't feel remote or unsafe at all. It was very convenient for self-drivers with ample parking. Breakfast was varied and plentiful; as a picky Chinese eater, I was pleasantly surprised to find several dishes I liked. The price was reasonable, and the ratings accurately reflect the hotel's quality.

Bed is super comfortable. nice staff and facility. We love the sauna room very much. It would be even greater if it opens early in the morning. free parking makes it a good choice for people who drive by themselves.

Very nice place with elegant rooms and a good restaurant. It's not in the centre but the garden is nice with swimming pool. It would be fantastic for the summer.

The service was excellent. The location was decent. The breakfast was surprisingly abundant! It was the most plentiful breakfast we had during our month-long trip to Europe. They even offered homemade fresh juices with various combinations! There were hot dishes, a coffee machine, and hot water options, which was perfect for Chinese palates.

Villa Neroli is a hotel in Florence, dating back to 1865 and formerly housing an ancient monastery. It was formerly known as the Best Western Hotel Villa Gabriele, but I can't find the address on WeChat. It likely received its current name after renovations in 2022. The hotel is 5.5 km from Piazzale Michelangelo, making it a convenient drive. Our room, 319, was the best in the hotel with a terrace. We were incredibly lucky! The breakfast was also quite good, and our two-night stay was wonderful!

It's okay, but the location isn't very convenient; you'll need to drive, take a taxi, or take the bus. If you're planning a trip that's not limited to the old town, you might want to stay overnight to experience it. The breakfast was good, but the cleanliness was okay. When I first moved in, the bathroom had a smell, and the sink drained slowly. The bathroom in this room is also quite small. Parking is free. I recommend staying in the old town, where everything is more convenient.

The location is a bit far, making it difficult to walk to the attractions. However, taxis are readily available; the front desk can easily call a taxi for 20 euros to reach the main tourist area. The room wasn't large, but the bed was spacious. The overall hotel environment and service were excellent.
