Extremely friendly receptionists. All love their job. However room condition is soso. Very old hotel.

The hotel is 5 minutes from the railway station, very convenient. A small single room with an antique wardrobe, free water in the refrigerator. The terrace on the top floor was being renovated, so I didn't get to see the view. Breakfast is without hot food, but there is a lot of ham, cheese, eggs, delicious croissants, vegetables, fruits. The room is clean and quiet. The radiator in the bathroom is hot. Clean. Very friendly staff at the reception. I liked everything.

Environment: In the city center, very close to the train station, 6 minutes walk, and the main attractions are all within 500 meters of walking distance. Turn left and there is a Carrefour supermarket 100 meters away, which can be replenished at any time, which is very convenient. Hygiene: There is still a gap between the cleaning and domestic hotels. Service: Not bad, a wall lamp was broken, and someone was sent to repair it immediately after calling the front desk; remember to ask the front desk for slippers and a kettle when checking in. Highlights: The terrace on the top floor is the highlight. The sunrise in Italy is relatively late in winter. I was going to watch the sunrise at 7:30 today, but there were clouds, but the view from the terrace is still very good, and you can see the dome of the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore.
