I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the Duomo and surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants. My room was spacious, and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The buffet breakfast was outstanding, offering a great variety of options to start the day. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with my experience and would absolutely stay here again!

Great location. Friendly staff. Good food. Everything Italy is known for. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choices. Front desk staff made it feel safe with controlled access.

The location is in the heart of Florence, so it’s near everything, but it is also noisy at night. The shower is very poorly designed, and my 18-year-old daughter fell when showering. The position of the showerhead made it so you needed to stand on the uneven part of the bath in order to avoid spraying all the water on the floor, so she fell. In order to get onto Wi-Fi, it asked for a lot of personal information, including making you sign up for marketing emails and birthdate. When my daughter put in all of the information, the Wi-Fi still was too weak to function.

Lovely hotel! The view from the terrace was amazing! Not too far from the David or the Florence Cathedral. It’s also next to the Trattoria Zaza, which had amazinggg pasta.

An old hotel in the old town of Europe, with small rooms and very small bathrooms, but the breakfast is OK. It pays attention to the details of the public areas. It can be rated 4 stars, probably because of the hotel service, location and old building.

I was worried when I first saw the hotel's exterior because it was next to the central market, but when I entered the room, it was clean and organized. All tourist attractions are nearby.

The location is very convenient, close to surrounding attractions.

This is the best hotel in my 14-day trip to Europe.
