Excellent place to stay when visiting honoi very clean good hosts also close to 2 shopping malls to collect your groceries from when staying here 😀 we recommended to other people thinking of staying here it's like a home away from home

Beware: Do not stay here as it is NOT a hotel, there is no one to help you. Fine print states that Reception begins at 7am but there is NO RECEPTION here. We were left to wait for the owner to respond. We arrived early and needed help but owner was unable to help us. We told him we do not want to stay anymore since he cannot help us and he cancelled our call instead of trying to help with the situation. Owner is dishonest and despite stating that we were cancelling the stay, he told Trip.com that he left the rooms for us and we checked in (please note: we DID NOT check in since we did not even have the apartment number). He refused to refund after stating that he kept the room for us. Be aware, this owner only wants to earn money and will not do much for his customers.

Good communication to gain access to the room. Great place with shopping mall nearby. Room is clean and large. With YouTube, Netflix and other apps available on TV. Overall great experience.

There is a mart near the accommodation and it is clean and nice!! The building is also very clean and spacious, so it is nice👍

Water leaking from the ceiling in the middle of the night was a problem.

Overall, it was pretty good. We had a two-bedroom apartment, and one of the rooms smelled of cigarette smoke at first. The customer service said that the room was full and they couldn't change to other rooms, but someone came quickly to help us deal with the smell. The service was great. The location is very good, there are two shopping malls next to it, which is convenient for shopping. As shown in the picture, only a 45-degree view of the city can be seen, and the front is blocked by the building in front.

In a new high-end building, the room is spacious, the facilities are complete and new, there is a laundry machine and a water dispenser, and it is relatively quiet. There is a mall and a supermarket nearby. You need to take a taxi to the old town, but it is not far.

It's a local luxury apartment, so the security is good. The cleanliness is a bit lacking here and there, but it's bigger and better than a hotel for a few days :-)

The room is nice, there is someone to take you upstairs, the soundproofing is good, check-in is required after 2 o'clock
