What an amazing hotel!! We had a beautiful suite. The decoration was modern and the bed very comfortable. The service is very friendly and supportive. We have been welcomed with a free drink. The breakfast is really outstanding. The fresh baked bread and croissants and very delicious. We have fully enjoyed our stay there and would book it again.

The impressive old building lets you feel like you've gone back a century, while the inside is modern and minimalistic. The staff is extremely helpful and always ready with a solution to solve your problems. The location is near the city center but not exactly in the center. You need to walk across an area that is not so nice, being inside the Moorish part of the city. The room was cozy but very small for two people. Breakfast was a top combination of à la carte and buffet, really delicious and full of options.

Great service. Cute exterior and clean rooms. Friendly service and lots of choices for breakfast. I'd like to stay here again if I have the chance to go to Lisbon.

The staff was very welcoming. We arrived in the morning and they checked us in at 9:30. They also gave us cappuccino. PS, their cappuccino is really delicious. We came back in the evening and it was New Year's Day, so they also prepared gifts for us, which was great.

The breakfast was good. The subway station was right next to it, so the transportation was very convenient. However, I booked a square room, but I was given a boulevard room, which was in the opposite direction. There were cars coming and going, and there was a construction site, which was very noisy. Because I found it after entering the room, the things were already opened, so I didn't want to change them. During the stay, not only did I encounter the problem that the napkins ran out and were not replenished, but other things, such as tea bags, shower caps, soap, etc. were not replenished every day. I also encountered a small problem such as the power tripping in the room when I returned late (it was pitch black), and the door card was invalid. Let's talk about the service in the restaurant. Some male waiters asked what I wanted and went to chat, and the things didn't come for a long time. Those who mind the above details should book chain hotels, which may have more standardized services.

And the most important thing is, I don’t recommend any girls to stay alone. This hotel is in the immigration area. When walking back to the hotel through Google Map navigation, you need to pass through a South Asian immigrant street. Girls should choose carefully.

Very bad, the toilet could not be flushed, the water was very small, and the sink drained very slowly. In addition, the location facing the street is very noisy on the road, so I can't sleep well at all, and it is protected from lightning...

The hotel is located about 1 km from the center, so try not to travel alone at night. Each person will be given a welcome drink to use at the bar downstairs of the hotel, and the cheesecake is awesome! Although the hotel has a long history, the decoration is relatively new. The rooms are a bit small but fully equipped. The waiters were very enthusiastic, especially one guy who helped borrow umbrellas and print boarding passes!

This is the best hotel in all Lisbon, location is perfect, breakfast is one of the highlights, staff is helpful for everything especially Mr.Andre who helped us with everything! And gave great tips! Anytime again 😍 Highly recommended

Superb hotel in a historic building in Lisbon and located in a neighborhood in full revival. The breakfast is superb and served in a beautiful dining room. Wide choice and quality. The rooms are perfectly equipped and the bedding is very comfortable.
