Swiss-Belinn Baloi Batam Reviews

This is my 2nd time in this hotel. The last time I stayed was almost more than 1 year ago. The place had definitely went thru renovation as the rooms that we had stayed in level 2 were new, clean and fresh. We were given choice to upgrade with additional 1,000.00++ rupees 2out of the 4 rooms that we had booked to family and executive room to accommodate the extra bed as there are 11 of us in total. The location definitely is a killer as it was abt 3 mins walk to Grand Batam Mall. I guess the only set back is that the hotel doesn't comes with a pool for the kids and the GYM is still under maintenance.. The spa nothing great but it's not a concern for us as there are many spa/massage parlour along the hotel area. The breakfast needs improvement however the staff is friendly and also ready to serve the guests at all cost. Thank u for the great hospitality. Will definitely come again ❤️ 😊 💐

This is my 2nd visit to this hotel, all staffs are friendly and is very near to Grand Batam Mall. I enjoy the stay there. Highly recommended. Will visit them soon again for my coming holiday trip .

Hotel's location was good, convenient near shopping mall and dinning. Room is OK, bed comfortable and clean. The breakfast area was too small, and over crowded,but staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, very good experience.

Got SCAM when using the hotel message. Beware don't ever go to the message. I ops for the 1.5hr message but when I go in the lady told me no people working and she can only message 1hr as there's not right staff. My problem?I got choice my to accept. But after 30 min she tell me the message is over. ZZZZzzzz. I told the lobby manager but got no reply. The hotel is very ok. Everything is ok. Breakfast is nice. Staff friendly. cleanliness ok. I give 1 star is because of scam which I hated most.

Good servicefrom staff. Breakfast place was over crowded but staff were friendly and very good service, offering to bring you coffee, clean the table, replenish cups, etc.

Quite clean, good services from the housekeeping and restaurant teams. The front desk staffs are very helpful.

Location is central to many shops and eateries. Hotel facilities are Aging and in need of a makeover.  Services are excellent

The room has a mouldy smell and the sound proof is very bad. Keep hearing noises but do not know where is the source. Breakfast spread is very simple and they do not serve indomee which is my nieces' favorite in Batam hotels.

Location walking distance to grand batam mall and bcs mall . Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast not bad. Only the room a bit rundown but quite clean.

Superb good location with rather reasonable price. Just water pressure a bit low and lack of enforcement on smoker at non smoking floor.

Wonderful experience to stay in this hotel with my son . Very convenient to go shopping around and the staff are fabulous

Very nice central location. Close to many amenities in Nagoya including good food stalls and spas.

Very good location. Short walk to a large modern mall, food court, massage establishments, coffee shops, even a wet market.  Rooms are clean and service is very good.  Water pressure was good and hot water was consistent. There's only 1 powerpoint by the study/dressing table and none at the bedside. And the one in my room was a little overused due to age so it was quite hard to plug my charger in. Worked after some time so it was ok.  Gym was small and not well equipped.
