Swiss-Belinn Baloi Batam

We always book this hotel when we go to batam. The hotel location was the main reason for the booking. It was a bonus when we noted that the room was spacious and very clean. Checking in and out was a breez. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breasfast is ok. Not much of a variety. Do take note that there is no pool here

Great location at competitive price. Short walk to shopping centre, massage centres, food centre, etc.... Front counter staff are friendly and helpful. Will consider to stay again in next visit. Nice unblocked room view.

The hotel was great . It's just that we bought alot of take out so it's abit hard to go up and down just to take the food and they only gave one card so both ppl have to go down. But overall it's good for safety since U can only access the floors with the card.The TV was smart TV so we could easily watch prime. Even without these,the TV already had alot of channels that are fun.

Very near to shopping mall and varity of breakfast. Room is big and bed is comfortable.

Walking distance from grand batam mall. Room is clean and service is good. Will stay again.

Had a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Great location and excellent service. Highly recommended, and I look forward to staying here again!

Convenient location near Grand Batam Mall and eateries. A good and tasty breakfast spread is provided, and the staff are friendly and attentive. They even extended our checkout time to 1pm when requested. However, the rooms at Swiss-Belinn Baloi Batam Hotel constantly smell of cigarette smoke. We have requested and issued a non-smoking room on a non-smoking level, but the smoke smell keeps coming back from the toilet, even though we have aired the room. The pillows and blankets do have a lingering cigarette stench as well. It's definitely unacceptable for a non-smoking floor and rooms. Also, the towels are looking quite tired with frills and discolouration. Hopefully, the hotel will look into improving the air quality in the rooms and hallways of non-smoking levels and refreshing the towels.

Hotel is located just beside to a big shopping mall. Breakfast menu is acceptable.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The location was very convenient and made it easy to get around the area. The hotel also provided complimentary breakfast, which was quite good with a wide variety of choices available each morning. However, the room was a bit small and cleanliness could be improved, as it did not feel as clean as expected. Despite these drawbacks, the good location and decent breakfast selection helped make the stay enjoyable.
