I finally got the room number and password, but finally I forgot to ask for the password at the lobby door, so I had to call the front desk again, and the male staff member with a bad attitude continued to answer my questions. He continued to answer my questions with a bad attitude, and finally I finally got the lobby door password. For the password, I looked at the self-service check-in machine. There were records of 8 other customers calling the front desk in a short period of time before me. I felt that I had entered a black store. The male employee must have been scolded often, so The dough is already several feet thick. The only good thing is that it is close to the JR station, making it easy to go to major attractions. On the day of check-out, they told me to check out before 10 o'clock, but when I came in through the lobby door before 9 o'clock, it said that the password was invalid. In other words, my lobby entrance password was taken back before I checked out. Fortunately, someone came out and I was able to go in, because one day It was told from the beginning that we did not have a booking, so we had to call the front desk again to check out. It was a very bad accommodation experience. I have been to Japan many times and have never encountered such a bad service. It is a black shop among black shops. I would never recommend it!
