Alicia at the reception was very friendly, but there was NO internet signal in the room, the water in the shower fluctuated and was freezing cold during the shower. Quality breakfast

We arrived 1pm at the hotel and the reception told us to come back after 2 hrs. However, she suddenly told us there is a room available and gave us the room key immediately hence we were able to check in earlier and rest ealier at our room. We were very happy with their service and prompt arrangement.

Modern hotel. Comfortable and clean. No issues at hotel. Some parts of the walk from train station to hotel are cobblestones walkways so not so easy to roll luggage.

Very close to the Brig station, friendly staff and good size room. However the hairdryer is not working properly and hot water turn very cold sometimes

About 5mins walk from train station. Room is big and clean. Recommended!

A very pleasant stay in this hotel, ideally located in the city center, perfect for exploring the city on foot. The room was comfortable with exceptional bedding and remarkably soft sheets that ensure a restful sleep. The view from the room was magnificent, adding a special touch to the stay. The breakfast was generous and varied, with a special mention for the bread, absolutely delicious. An excellent address that I highly recommend!

Good environment, friendly front desk service, room service and breakfast need to be improved

The view is great, the small balcony faces the castle and snow-capped mountains, the sunset is particularly beautiful in the evening, you can have a drink. The breakfast is average, with many cold dishes and only eggs and sausages for hot dishes. The front desk is very friendly.
